Mission 2: "A Taste of Your Own Medicine"

[Randall Sanchez]

"Darn transporters..."
*Sanchez taps his commbadge.*
"Sanchez to engineering. The transporters are off-line and we need them soon, get them fixed! Sanchez out."
*Then he looks at Harf, Lauren and Raynor.*
"Very well, Cmdr. Lauren and Lt. Lois will go with you and Cmdr. Harf to the planet. Lt. Valory, join the away team as well. Lt. Nofftz, take over from Lauren at tactical. Mr. Raynor, send the marines down in the dropships!"

[Randall Sanchez]

"Wonderful! Do we have away teams on stand-by? Contact the ground forces for an update on activity there!"

[Lois]

Mark opened open his eyes, "I'm not dead, am I?" He asked, reaching up and holding his head where the alien has struck him.

[Legudon]

"Yes. Yes, we will."

Legudon and Drengar both ignited their khalai, bathing the immediate area in blue light from the ornate and shaped blades of energy. Nearly simultaneously, the two Gallifreyans and the Heraani master leaped at one another, their blades meeting as their feet landed on the ground, and they began to battle with a ferocity Legudon had not experienced in many years.

[Taurik]

"The planet in question is a few light years away," Taurik responded. "We would need to leave you for a time to assist them. Is your ship warp-capable?"

[Jesse Nofftz]

"Captain, do you want me to prepare another security to team to beam down to the planet when we arrive?"

[Kelli Lauren]

"Have I ever tried it?" Kelli said, chuckling. "If it weren't for coffee, we'd have lost the Dominion War."

Kelli snagged a cup from the replicator, spun a chair backwards and sat in it, sighed, and sipped the hot drink slowly.

[Morga Harf]

OOC: I can live with confusion.

IC:"As would I Ensign. I am glad to have you aboard. All I know so far is that they decided to evacutate the station because Life support failed as did all power. I believe the power is on in the Operations section but that is the only place with power. Take the science Console and try and get me any information you can from here."

Getting up I move to the Tactical area of the bridge. As I arrive my hands rove over the Console as they were programmed to. After a couple of minutes I make an assessment that no cloaked ship had come into the area.

*Sickbay*

As soon as I heard the call I move directly to the turbo lift to take me to the Bridge.

*Bridge*

As I entered the Birdge I turned to see the Admiral Standing in the midle of the Bridge. Captain is Admiral Karelia here to give us our next mission. Then I continued to the Conference room.

[Lois]

Mark raised a brow, "Oh? Why didn't you choose to be a security officer than?" He asked.

[Legudon]

"Meet me in my quarters tonight, we have much to discuss."

Legudon turned from the biobed, his robe flowing behind him, and walked out of Sickbay.

[Randall Sanchez]

"Very well then, let's start with orbital bombarding, before we go to the planet surface."
*He straightens his uniform as he takes a deep breath.*
"All decks, go to red alert. Science, scan for any other ships in the vicinity of this sector. Tactical, prepare all weapons, shields up! All decks, battlestations!"

[Lois]

"Right, I'll head down to the weapons storage. We should probally meet in the docking bay," He said, heading for the turbolift.

[Morga Harf]

A few moments later From the Surface.

==/\== Commander Harf to Evolution. Captain the ground asult has started sir. The marines are taking them and hitting them hard. There have them in retreat sir.  Starfleet is taking some of the ground to air defence turrets sir and are aiming them at the Herann Ships sir. That fire should be coming up soon to make the Evolution less of a target. Starfleet awayteams are getting orders to take over a gruound defence turret set it to auto aim and auto fire on Herann Ships and moving to the next one to do the same. ==/\==

Okay Lt Vallory take a team and start taking over the groud defence turrets and set them to auto aim on the Herann ships lets take some of the presure off the Evolution.

"Very well, Dr. Bashir, gather a team of medics and report at the transporter room, right now is a good time to lower the shields to allow beaming down, because the Heraan ships have their hands full at the moment. But hurry, and leave at least one doctor on the ship in case we have more injured officers."
