Starphoenix Base Reconstruction

[Balkazar]

IC**Balkazar continues to shoot at the remaining raiders and takes the remainder of them down at the juncture.......Then hears a phaser fire from behind them............and sees one of the raiders scream out in pain..............*

*Balkazar then gets up and finds a good batlithe on the klingon and takes it...........as a peice of his now growing collection of weapons........and hobbles over to the wounded survivor which turns out to be a Romulan........and picks him up rather roughly and starts to interrogate him*

Why are you here Romulan Scum.....?

Romulan: None of your business human......

Balkazar: It is when Your friends are dead because they attacked us then you try and sneak up behind us.......Now why are you here.......

Romulan: *keeps his mouth shut*

Balkazar: *turns to Comm one*........You may want to look away....both you and AK should.......Im about to cause him some serious pain.........Oh and cover your hears if you can......Specially you AK.......

*AK and Comm one turns around and plugs there hears so to speak*

*Balkazar then squeezes the Romulans wound to cause him major pain*

Romulan: ARG!!!! We.......Are.........here........to.......LOOT!!!!........

Balkazar: *stops squeezing*.........Oh really........? so you decided to loot a Starfleet base thinking that we wouldnt return did you ?.........

Romulan: YES!.......

Balkazar: Well Then.......since your the soul surviver out of your lil Group your coming with us..........*Balkazar then takes out some rope and ties up his hands....Securely.....and tightly so he wont wriggle out of the bonds.......then Balkazar pulls on the lead of the rope and puts him in front of the party so he can go first......*

*Balkazar starts to go threw the raiders weapons and packs and gets what may be of use........and then he finds a box Full of starfleet property.......Balkazar then makes the Romulan carry it......out front for all to see......*

*turns to Comm one*

I know this may look like Cruelty.......but Interrogation was part of my training.....and the looting of there gear and weapons...........Well Mind as well put it to good use seeing as how they cant use it no more.........Besides most of the stuff that was on them was Starfleet property............And as far as him carrying it all.......Hes lucky thats all hes doing........Consider it As punishment for attacking us........hes serving his time partially down here carrying what he stole.......then #### be turned over to the authorities when we have finished up down here.......Make sense ?

**As I am continuing my scans and cataloging of the remains of life forms, I hear Comander Rasmain ask me a question in regards to the Doctor.  I hit a few buttons on my tricorder and begin to scan the Doctor.  I realize that as all of us have been moving around the Doctor has remained in one spot and hasn't moved.  He is frozen in his position.  I walk up to the Doctor.
"Doctor, are you okay?  Can you hear me?"
**I wave my hand in front of his face.  His eyes are just staring aimlessly into space but facing a particular direction fo a strange temple like building.    I try snapping my fingers in his face and he appears to be in some sort of trance again.
"Commander Rasmain, the doctor seems to be in some sort of trance again, but oddly enough he's still in the position of facing and scanning that old building over there.  I wonder if it has any significance?
**I begin scanning the Doctors brainwave patterns and walk over to the alien that appears to be huddled in the corner by a building.  
"Damn, I am not getting any readings, this is strange"

Very Well Comm one........Take 4 guards and AK.......try and get this place up and running.......Also Comm one.........Try and find out if this place has some sort of security system we can use to our Advantage

*then turns his attention back to Nathan*

Unfortunatly We are not here to Evac you........We are here to protect AK *points to the alien in the corner*...........Shes linked to this planet so if you want to be of use have some of your men protect AK at all costs.......for all we know she may be the only key we have to defeating these metallic spiders......

If the Black wave is such a hard thing to spot........then how did you spot it in the first place? after all you just said that it can hardly be detected bye normal means until its too late....?

There was contact with the skytoucher about 2 hours ago.........We cant maintain contact this far undeerground.........So its just best that we work together until we can get EVERYONE! off this rock when we move out again.......but for now We must find out what Ties AK has to this planet......and to this Structure........Is that clear ?........

And lets try and maintain a chain of command sense me and you are of the same rank........and Rasmain is above both of us........Agreed ?

"Mr. Balkazar, unfortunately I am no scientist nor a medic, I would be of little use recreating the poison. All I did was retrieve the necessary information from the alien computer, to give our scientists a headstart. I believe my place is here at the frontline, to defend our base from the spiders. After all, being a Droid, the spiders pose no threat to me."

A comm channel opens up on the radio in the command tent.

"This is Pelican Bravo 229 on approach. Major, my scout group found an equipment cache in the sublevels of the old base, that included this dropship. She's in pretty good condition. ETA: 45 seconds. Over."

*...Flying over head Keller sees the man out of the corner of his eye...*

"Pilot! Head over they way... when we are there hover over and await my return."

"Yes, sir." The pilot said nervously.

*...The pelican hovers over the man, as all the smaller spiders leave the one large one remains. Keller jumps out of the hanger of the drop ship and runs over and crabs the steel bug and throughs it to the ground. He draws his phaser and fires. He walks over to the man and throughs him over his shoulders and hands him off to a marine that was standing by. As the man is brought to safty the larger spider gets up and attacks keller. He is thrown to the ground and as the beast inserts its metalic teeth into his back he shouts out in pain. A couple marines deploy and immediatly fire upon the creature and carry keller back to the ship...*

=A= Captain, we have recieved a distress call from Deep Space 12..the borg are on thier way sir =A=
Lurado looked to the marines, then responded.
"Very well...transport all Skytoucher officers back to the planet"

Captain.....See that Alien *points to AK* She is intuned to this planet so to speak like im pretty sure youve been informed of.........But what you havent been informed of is that it may be best for you to stay like close to the rest of us but reasonably distance away from AK........Shes skittish around new people......Alright ?........Besides Captain You shouldnt even be down here.......Alredy been attacked......I suggest you go back to the ship and allow us to carry on........But if you insist on staying.........Stay near the security officers that are with this happy band.......

Commander Rasmain of the USS Skytoucher is in command here.......and im temporarily second in command down here..........Come to the parameter line then my men will disarm you until we can Varify who you are...........*motions for the security team to let them threw but keep an eye on them*.......and that includes your back up weapons Keller.........Understand its pure security precaution.....I assure you....So please done fight my men just hand over the weapons........it will make those who cant fight very well in our party alot safer........so just comply.......

*walks over to rasmain*
Commander supposedly a Marine Detachment has followed us down here but I having them disarmed until we know who they really are........They may be shape shifters.....or some other technology or the like may be involved to hide there true identity.......Security precaution is all Commander......Ill tend to them until you come over.....

*then heads back over to the parameter line....*

*Comm One continues scanning everything he sees.*
"These skeletons appear to be from humanoids similar to AK, our alien visitor. I believe that will confirm that they are of the same species."
*Suddenly, a drop of liquid lands right on his boot. It appears to smoke for a moment, then fades away. Comm One looks up, and sees what appears to be a cocoon hanging in the corner of the wall and ceiling, right above him. Another drop of liquid drops out of it.*
"I have seen those kind of cocoons before, outside at the ruins of the starbase. They scan to be organic, but I am uncertain as to what they are."

OFF: those will be the spiders. Just don't go about it too fast yet, or have them attack in full force all at once lol.
