*Rasmain came around a corner holding a tricorder in front of him, he immediately bumped into Commander Balkazar as Rasmain was keeping an eye on his tricorder the whole time*

"Sorry Commander, I must say that this is very interesting. Comm One, the composition of these skelletons are remarkable, I believe that these are the natives of this planet or better say were....."

*Rasmain turns to Lieutenant Russo*

"How is the doctor doing? Did he already had contact with the being? I find it a bit restless, it doesn't seem to like this place" *Rasmain watched the alien as she was hiding in a corner*

OCC: I would just like to state that the marine detachment was sapposed to go unfound until the marines meet with the Skytoucher away team. I guess it will not go as planned seeing how the Uss Reliance and Lt. General Newberry are there. I am just going to state that the base is no were near the construction site and there is little to no advanced technology on the premisis. Communication and other systems are construced out of scrap parts and the base receives frequent attacks from the metalic spiders. Just an FYI

"Pilot, the starfleet boys are planting the bombs now. Head over to Captain Raynor and pick up the puma and his crew and take us to a point were we can land so we can provide additional cover for the fleet boys."

*... the pelican turns to the right ti pick up Raynor and his puma crew. As soon as it is spotted the pelican luanchs a volly of missles at secure and area to retreive the puma and its crew. As soon as the Puma is locked in and the crew abord the dropship it takes off and heads for a secure place to land and drop the marines...*

"Sorry to sneak up on you captain but the fleet boys were planting the bombs and i didnt want to rik you hitting one."

*.. gives a slight grin then his face goes blank and he falls to the ground and his back is covered with his blood...*

Well sir, besides a few small fire fights with those metal spiders, the sencond this is, well you can see yourself.

Matt wasn't prepared for what he saw. The creatures of this planet were nothing Matt had ever seen. Once Matt adjusted to what he was seeing he started to fire at the spiders. At first the phaser fire just bounced off the spiders, but after a couple modifications the phaser fire made the spiders drop dead When Matt hured Balkazar give the order to retreat to the structure nearest to them Matt rushed to it while still firing at the attacking spiders.

"Lt. please come this way" Matt said as he pointed Munro to the hanger. Munro fired again and then ran towards the hanger while Matt and the other officers on her heels.

IC**As Balkazar shoots the one thats sneaking up a klingon rushes right in behind the other one to try and Bull Balkazar over to get him on the ground.......The Klingon Succeeds and Balkazar trips over AK........Quickly Balkazar reaches for his knife and gets a cheap stab in the klingons right shoulder.........They continue to struggle for several seconds then Balkazar gets wounded in the face from a punch from the klingon.....Balkazar then gains the upper hand and struggles to get on top of the klingon and gives one quick thrust threw the klingons leg and it makes him back off......Balkazar then gets up....rolls behind the rubble and stuns the klingon.........Then a fire fight breaks out with Balkazar and the 4 remaining bandits.....

Balkazar rushes and grabs AK and roughly pulls her over behind Comm one.....*

Sorry AK.....I hope i didnt hurt you *Between talking and shooting Balkazar wounds 1 more.........*

On the other side of the starbase ruins, it appears some wall of a large building must have collapsed and somehow uncovered... what appears to be an entrance gate to an underground corridor. The corridor does not appear to be built by Starfleet. I have not yet entered it, as I wished to inform you first."

(you need to talk to Vorak.....im acting under his request.......im sorry.......Theres nothing I can do.....I am only following this mission that im supposed to be doing......so you need to bring it up with vorak.......im sorry.....This one I cant obey you on.....Character wise I would.......Now im going to continue with this mission......I will tell Voraks RL wife your concern when she gets on.......I mean No offense to ya.......ORders are orders....Besides I think we are so deep that communications to the away team is none exitent)

*The awayteam was transported back into the caves from where they had left several days ago.*

Alright you got atleast an hour or 2 tops so get as much data as you possibly can and then we will move out.......

Also I hope you all have repeling training........the last time I was here we had to repel down a large crater........so if you dont have the training speak up now.....
