A starship commander should not order the start of descent until all decks report that condition blue has been set.

SCENARIO:

A Romulan Warbird decloaks in Federation territory and opens fire without warning. The Captain is knocked unconcious and the First Officer (who has been on the ship for 2 weeks) assumes command. Your shields are down to 60% and aft phaser banks are damaged beyond repair. What would you do as Tactical officer, OR what reccomendations would you make to the new First Officer?

" well sir i wasn't initially intrested i ntactical, i was on course to become a pilot. I changed my mind however when i found my fathers starfleet medals in his home on earth when he died. He Recieved the medal for valour by Managing to hold off 2 cardassian galors and 3 dominion Fighters while serving as tactical officer on the uss tempest during the dominio war, he also recieved other medals in ground combat, he was one of the few survivors of the siege of AR-558. i have alos found that security is one of the most important things in history, we must always be vigilante, and be careful not to become complacent or the fedaration may suffer greatly "

" yes sir i would like that, it would be a great chance to gain some experience working in the security/tactical field

"Hmmm...that would increase the number of people on scene....however, the on-duty marine officer will most likely want to co-ordinate his marine officers in repelling the intruders from the base. I definately think we should get the computer to send a message to the officer. What he does then should be up to him though"
