OFF: yes i know, helm is indeed very important. I was just checking if everyone was still here because I think you're all doing a great job, and the mission got started pretty well so I just dont want to see it die now. Let's go from the point now that we have arrived to keep things going.

Helm: "Sir, we have arrived at station Vontak Nor."

Svensson: "Good! At last! Take us out of warp and head for the station at full impulse. Are we all ready to play our parts in the plot? I don't want the Cardassians to have any suspicion whatsoever!"

*Mason swings round his chair, and faces the captain*

Sir I am indeed here, it's a bit embarrassing to say but my head doesn't reach over this rather large back-rest on this chair. No-wonder you think I am not here, you can't see me.

*Mason takes a good look around and finds that his chair has the largest back-rest*
*Mason grins and thinks that a practical joke has been played on him, he grabs a cushion and places it on his chair*

At last I can now see you when I turn my head.

More importantly Sir, we are well within the Vendor System, I am coming out of warp and engaging the thrusters to take us within transporter range on the planet. I don't want to alarm the colonists so I'll set her beside one of their moons.

All hailing frequencies are open, Sir.

None incoming messages are being sent to us, but I am picking up radio and television singles that are being transmitted from the planet surface.

I believe they do not know we are here.
To make sure shall I intercept some of this radio singles, and decipher to what they are saying.

Ops, please set the comm grid to blck any use of a comm badge on a non essential situation. And keep listening to the surface transmissions.

Tactical, keep your eyes on those sensor readings. Should they come too close, engage cloaking.

Helm, take us as close to the moon as you can, and keep us on the dark side.

Drirector, I believe we should meet at my office to review those treaties and see if there is anything we can do to help those people down there.

*steps back and points the way to his office's door*
