Mission 3: Construction of the asteroid base

[Alexei Chekov]

*the second hel officer turns and says*

Commander, we are entering the asteroid field. Phase cloaking active.

*Chekov enters some commands on his console*

Very good ensign, proceed with the present course. Science, I want you to start looking for asterois big enough to house our base. And make sure they are in an isolate part of the field.

*An ensign nods*

Aye sir. *He begins to work on the science station*

*Chekov turns to Svensson*

Any other orders sir?

[Alexei Chekov]

Director, Science has found a hollow asteroid not very far from our position. It is perfectly located in the midst of a meteorite cluster.

It is perfect for a mine field and even without one most ships would be ground to tiny bits because of the meteorites.

Of course that will not be a problem for us and our phase cloak...

SHould we proceed to the asteroid they found?

[Zeon Lyn Voya]

"I'm sure it'll be amazing. Shall we return to bridge now, or would you care to show me around?"

[Peter Svensson]

"Perfect."
*Svensson starts making his tour around the new base.*

OFF: *smacks forehead* My bad, my cookies are mucking around with me, sorry! But count that as Huw saying that!

Voya beams elatedly at the offer, "You mean real Latin dancing from Earth? I've not danced in so long...please, it'd be a great pleasure of mine."She slyly hooks her arm in his and lets him lead the way to the holodeck.

[Zeon Lyn Voya]

Voya covertly slips out of the bridge to wander around the ship. She goes to a lower level and looks around. She comes across a different door, labeled mess hall. She enters, peering around, a bit surprised at it's size.

Voya leaves the room to wander a bit more. She comes across the medical facilities. Entering with a smile, she observes the sterile, large room. Walking around it she runs her fingers over various things: the cannister containing synthetic cotton, hand-held devices used for ridding minor scrapes or cuts, the sterile examination bench, etc.

She discovers an office to the right of the bench, opening it, she's appauled to find a cluttered desk, and the office containing various things that wouldn't ever belong in an office of this kind. Approaching a console to the right, she opens a few non-personal files. Voya gazes in horror as she looks at the files: totally unorganized, information saved everywhere it's not supposed to be. She sighs and sits back into the chair.

"I suppose I'll have to clean this mess up..."

[Zeon Lyn Voya]

"Mr. Svensson, if the asteroid the science team has found is suitable, my assigned task will not be of much use. Is there anything else I could possibly assist in?"

[Alexei Chekov]

*smiles*

This way we can see each other more often... Oh, I've had an excelent idea for a holodeck program, but I won't tell you yet... though I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

OFF: Whats gonna happen to the Phoenix now?

[Peter Svensson]

"Yes... indeed, all part of the job. If you'll excuse me, I will go change into a... regular Starfleet uniform now, for when we arrive at Starphoenix Base. You have the bridge, Mr. Chekov."

[Zeon Lyn Voya]

Voya's fiery sapphire eyes shine luminously as she passes past various rooms towards the dining hall, "Quite the ship you've got here, Mr. Chekov, one of the finest I've seen..." Watching crew members do various activities throughout the ship, "You must be proud of your crew as well."

[Jeremy Sullivan]

OFF: We need to delay a bit here so im not going to post for a couple of days... I have reasons for the delay just check back like tomorrow or saturday and by then we should be able then procede.

[Huw]

OFF: I live in england, so i have to watch the new Star Trek film on SkyBox Office, and it'll cost me £10, which is the same to buy it....

I will begin scanning the base for any energy emissions
