ok I figured that out, what about our location in space. Are we near Romulan space, Klingon, Breen, Ba'Ku, something like that?

To be exact, I dont even know if Omega has a base of its own. It's possible we are just a group of ships docked at Avalon.

How about this...

        We could perhaps go on a mission to investigate the Quantum Singularity net that is past the dark passage. It could be that it is malfunctioning. And since we are Starfleet, we look forward to meeting new species and learning about their civilizations, also we might get to be friends with these species.
