Mr Torean we have been attacked sorry to sit on your hands but do not retaliate Any little inconvience could set us to war. I want to avoid that if possible. Domestic pettiness is not what we are out here for. They seem to be fighting eachother more than us.

Okay then Na'Ru 35 I see that there is no bargaining with you you just want to distroy the General and probably my ship with it. Still I would rather die fighting on my ship that roting away in a prison cell so we will help you but I must stat that it was done so under protest.

Na'Ru shook no hands, he only looked at the humans who extended thier hands as if they were insane.
"You are in quadrant 35. You know me by Na'Ru 35, leader of the 35th quadrant. I have been told a group of those like you have been captured by Neyot, they called themselves "Unity". They resisted him. I do not engage in violence, but when attacked violence is the only way to prevent more of it"
A screen melded into the wall at this time, it came into focus like a liquid. The USS Unity in control of a tractor beam came onto the viewscreen.
"We are better than you in power. Resisting is not an option. You will not be harmed if you mean no harm. Neyot wishes to kill you all and end your ship. I have stopped him for now, but you will die if you stay long. But, I will not let you go now".

How dare you even think of touching one of my systems, as Chief Engeineer it is my duty to see to it that every system is top notch and i will not let some person who never even seen a Federation Star Ship tamper with her system, espesally turning something ment to be a tool not a weapon.

Cook at this point claps his right hand over Jones mouth and whisper into his ear

I agree with commander Cook sir.  I have an uneasy feeling about the Admiral.

20 Warships of the Neyoan Army come into Neyo Prime's space in the middle the USS Unity.  Neyot's face appears to Na'Ru on a small screen.

"We have captured another vessel of these aliens. They opened fire on our battle ships. They must be executed. Your aliens will be turned over to the Military, this is the order of the council of leaders."

10 soldiers appear in a flash on the station they crew's where on, all armed.

Excuse me Mr Torean I thought You might have been able to understand my meaning. The new weapon Mr Torean the defelctor dish weapon fire that at General Neyots ship and any others that continue to fire at us. Let us see how long they will last against their planetary mens weapons.

I hope this works Mr Na'Ru 35 otherwise we are going to be in a lot of trouble if we survive.

=A= Already on it, I am taking Phaser off line so I can put power into shields, I am also rerouting all spare energy back into Shields that should give us about another half hour of shielding before they start failing, let's just hope that we can hold togather that long =A=

The beam lashes out from the Excalibur and strikes 2 of the ships causing a great deal of damage to both.

"Sir we are back on our feet defense wise but it blew out two of the EPS conduits.  Recommend we run for the nebula still sir!"

I know the admiral said that he wanted it to take a long time but I don't think he meant posting less than weekly.

Mr Cook can you or Mr Titan give me something.

Mr Torean be prepared for anything but keep the weapons powered down for as long as possible. we want them to see us as either friend or confident foe who sees them as an interest rather than an annoyance.

Mr Jones You watch those impiulse engines carefully I need to know that they are under watch cause anything goes wrong, I don't want to have to get out and push.

The clicking sounds on the transmission suddenly halted, and english came through, though it sounded slightly robotic, it was from the alien creature on the screen.
"Ship...You are at our home....You will follow....or you will die".
The Excalibur jerked, knocking people over and shaking the equipment, and it moved after the ship.

[General Neyot]

5 warships ceased fire on the Excalibur. Neyots face appeared on all screens.

"This is unacceptable, these criminals can use their technology to move men to our bases. I will destroy them if they as much as scan. Allow me to send an extermination team! The government has no need to meddle in the Militarys affairs. Only to tie my hands!"

[Tom Titan]

"Sir, this is unacceptable. We cannot allow them to use our ship to rage ware with."

"I am sorry to disappoint you but this is not acceptable. you can not use our hsip to fight your battles. I would suggest you either research your own technology or find a diplomatic solution to come about ending this conflict."
