Mission 3: Neyo Prime

The crew transported to find Neyot and several of his gaurds.

Na'Ru walked into the deflector control room with several of his people with him. They quickly swarmed to its main array and began to work with it, some new people would come with large parts. One of the most odd was one of his technicians who entered with a think round, pipe shaped, glass (or so it seemed) beam. He inserted it into a socket, and it began to light with a sickly green color. Pulsing waves began to take the room, not visable, but it could be heard..and felt.
Na'Ru, seeing the slight nervousness on the starfleet officers faces, explained the situation.
"That is the most important part of this weapon. It is a power source, known to our people as a Riigul Power Rod. It has within its small space energy beyond a million of your..warp cores..it is something we can make, but it takes a matter of years. Pieces of it mined, and then exposed to the nebula that surrounds our planet. We had found no way to focus its power to one location. That is where your deflector comes into the matter. Attaching it from the inside, we can harness the entire deflector dish to create a bubble made of the matter in space. At our own control, it can be shot as a beam which can destroy all in its path in a matter of seconds".
Na'Ru paused, and continued.
"Had one of your own people not told us of such a thing on your own ships, we would never have known to find one of your ships..He is still on the planet, I think. He might even want to go back with you, you would have to see him for yourself...".

[John Travis]

"Your reluctance is getting in the way Captain. You continue to do things more unwillingly, I think that will bring no peaceful end to this situation. I have told you, Na'Ru has told you, there is nothing to worry about! Only thier enemy is the danger, but I do not think you are understanding the scope of which we face, this ship could be easily destroyed by thier enemies who share the planet with them. They have found out with my help how to harness thier technology and it must be done! Must!"
*Speaks in a more frantic tone*

[Weasly Cook]

Captain, it is a Metaphasic Nebula, a good place to use the natural energy to help with regenerating shielding, however there are five of the General's vessel standing between us and a safe haven.

Cook then turns to see Na'Ru 35's action and with suprise in his voice

But sir we have been fireing your weapon this entire time, I am going out on a limb and guessing that thier is something more to this new weapon?

Cook then mumbles to himself

This mission is just getting better and better

he then turns to Titan

Well, i bet Cook can teach you about anything natical, i could teach about some of Earths wars.

Cook butts in

Yeah you always had you nose in some PADD about some war or another, if i recall correctly  you where trying with the acadamy's Holodecks to see if you could save the Alamo.

Cook then begins to laugh

OFF: They don't know about O'Brian or Bashir's attempt on DS9, so to them it's origanal.
OFF2: Uh where is the captain?

Cook walks onto the bridge, reading a PADD, briefly looks up to navigate to his science chair and sits down before reading more about the Van'gu Clusters.

He then makes a note on the PADD about something

Hmm so i guess i need jones to help me the refine short range scaners and build a lot of sensor probs to use.

"No, I wasn't the biggest fan of old earth history. I concentraited on galactic history more. I felt it was more essential. None the less Earth history is important too. I guess I will have to educate myself in the holodeck sometime when I am off duty."

"Sir, I am liking this less and less.  Now with the U.S.S. Unity on its way I don't think we will be in a good position."

No Captain Starfleet doesn't know of our plight. I have been unable to contact them since entering this space. The nebula is playing up with all the systems. Well I was expecting that as the head of a district or whatever they call them here on Neyo Prime we could start making peaceful movements once we have done what they want. As for being able to well that is different but I think it is more likely if we do what they want peacefully. As for your engineers they could help make the Changes to the deflector with myine and Command Na'Ru 35.

Dr. Travis comes to the meeting room and takes his seat. He looks at John Travis, shifting uneasily in his chair. he avoids the Admirals eyes.
