The Revolt of Loxius

[Zayan]

*A scream is heard from Zayan over the comm.*

OFF: still waiting for Sanchez to get down here for the delivery.

5 shuttles faded from the atmosphere on the planet surface.
They landed, and Matthews exited with 50 security officers.
"We've been sent from the Rivendell", he called loudly. "We can relieve any of the injured or exhausted. Do you need medical assistance down here?".

[Dyien]

<High Orbit>

"Scan complete Commander. 4 AAA left active in the areas around the frieghter and another regiment of tanks hold up on the northern ridge of the planet."

"Open fire on the AAA, then target the remaining tanks."

"Aye sir"

<Surface>

Mentally to all telepathic ~~Incoming~~

From in the shy, several blast of Ion charge pulse beams erupt to 4 different areas around the frieghter, at 10 to 15 clicks difference on each. The ground shockwave as intense for a few seconds before subsiding.

A fifth ion charge pulse beam hits the Northern Ridge destroy or mortally disabling the remaining tanks. The was a shockwave more powerful since it was closer but at least the explosion was contained.

[Randall Sanchez]

*Sanchez looks at the burn wounds on her hand.*
"Yes, it is me... what happened to your hands?"
*He then faces the doctor.*
"I am... ehm... the father, so I'll do anything you say you need assistance with."

[Taurik]

"Very well."

By this time, Taurik had released his charm on the minds of those nearby, allowing his visage to return to that of a Vulcan. He swiftly drew his khala sword and ignited it.

"Do you have a ship? With all the unrest, I cannot manage to teleport myself, much less all four of us. I can provide cover for you all, however, if need be."

Taurik used his telekinesis to hold the guards' rifles in front of Zayan and Zaphan, and tossed his own Starfleet phaser to Airis. "I suggest you arm yourselves," he stated.

[Zaphan]

Zaphan grabbed the rifle suspended in front of her and ran with Zayan and Taurik, she had shot a couple of guards on the way, that had surprised them from around one of the many cornors.

"Yes Taurik, I have a cargo freighter, trapped in the Government stardock of this facility, if we can only get to it."

[Ardeth Wildcat]

Ardeth's mechanics buzzed ominously: his claws were stuck outside again.  "Looks like I'll have to keep these out." he grumbled.  "No patrols.  One guard, sleeping.  Would you prefer me to keep him asleep?" he said, holding a small sleeping gas bomb in his hand; he still had a few from the backwater planet that he hadn't used yet.  He glared at the fence, solid stone.  "Can't burn through this without Hal.  How is he, Hal, is he all right?" Ardeth asked, as a loving father might about a long unseen son.  He held the small gray ball in his hand, waiting.

[Blaze]

<Turns to Taurik>

"Ive been in worse, Captain.  Tell me tho, how much longer is that woman in there going to be in labour ?, with this army I dont think Captain Sanchez will get here in time.  Whats Sanchez's plan ?."

"Ardeth are you, ok now ?"

"Taurik, I found 2 children in the other compound there aboard my ship.  We found a bunch of half way eaten bodies in what looks to be a prison cell, the bodies were in a ritualistic way.  Pretty much they were on skewed with a pike.  We found the person who did the killing it seems it was Malcolm there, he was forced too and hes also the brother of Ardeth.  He wanted me to kill him to get his pain of being what he is over with, but I decided to let him die with honor if he so chooses, so hes going to help fight these guys and if he chooses to die then so be it, atleast he died getting revenge.  Thats my report."

<Blaze handed Ardeth a rocket launcher type weapon and kneels down using the hill as cover to where only his head and the rocket launcher showed, then Ardeth did the same>

"Ardeth, you get the Quantom warheads ?"

<Blaze grabs the door and slightly crushes the door just enough to make himself some handholds>

"Go for it."

[Blaze]

*The Sword of Justice flew the air remaining cloaked, it took a few hours but they got to the wreckage of the downed vessel, then lands it about 100ft away from crash site*

<Blaze rushes to grab his things, then headed towards the exit rear door>

"Ardeth, get over to that hillock and get down use the hill as cover and watch out, Malcolm your with me!."  

<The Door opens and the 3 exit's, Ardeth headed to his position while Malcolm and Blaze headed for the crash>

*Once Blaze and Malcolm came across the crash all entrance points were sealed, but they knew they had to get in there to get to the survivors*

<Blaze activates his phaser mount and turning it into a cutting torch began to cut threw the hull of the rather wrecked ship>

<As Taurik and Blaze rushed threw the corridors>

"I have a man outside and a man at the door, we had to cut threw the rear of the ship to get in.  Here."

<Hands Taurik one of the spare phaser rifles that Blaze was carrying>

"This should be of use to you."

[Zayan]

*Zayan grunts out a response to Sanchez.*
I'll.... tell... you ............. laaaterrrrrrrrrr!

[Nonir]

*...The Keleta detects a warp signatyre of a single shuttle, it is picked up as the Helion. Roberts shuttle drops out of warp and soon after is followed by 7 Starfleet shuttles from the Evolution...*

*Blaze motioned for Ardeth to hold this position, as Blaze heads for freighter, making his way threw the corridors to where Nonir, Ftima, Zayan, and Zaphan stay, out of the gloom of the darkness and light meet a Jem'Hadar comes into the light carrying a sizeable rifle, wearing full combat gear*

"Zaphan is Zayan alright ?, who are these 2 ?" *points to Ftima and Nonir*

[Blaze]

<Ignores the lt and goes back to his position>

<In a hushed tone to where NO one else can here, Blaze speaks to Ardeth>

"Ardeth, best watch that human because I think he will most likely get us and everyone else in that shuttle killed because he has no experience in ground combat like I do and yet he ignores me and my warning, so best watch him." Blaze said in a hushed manner.
