<VSS Kelata>

The Kelata and the Avenger, went in for the kill on the ground troops, who panic and ran wildly, firing everywhere and anywhere with no decernable target in mind.

Baphomet targeted a group that was trying, to reach the freighter as fast as they could and fired the Meson canons.

The Meson pulses hit all of their marks, obliterating them and moved on to the next group doing the same.

The battle was over as the ones that were not hit by the Meson canons of the Kelata, or the Pulse canons of the Avenger, had surrendered with no sign of reinforcements in sight, they were out matched and out gunned.

Loxians are courageous but not suicidal, so they tossed their weapons to the ground and held up their hands, the Kelata's sensors registered but 50 soldiers out of the 100,000 strong forces tring to reach the freighter.

"Commander Freeman, this is Baphomet, the battle is over sir."

Baphomet put the Kelata down near the freighter, deactivating the shields, on the way.
Touching down at an LZ at a respective distance from the freighter, the powerful engines of the Vulcan Kelata class Interceptor Attack Shuttle, powered down to standby mode.

Baphomet exited the Kelata and made her way to Captain Taurik...

Zaphan watches Randall callapse on the floor and giggles.

"You humans are amusing creatures, anything I can do Mark."

[Zaphan]

Zaphan was shocked ,she callapsed on the floor, thing of her parents telling her about the massacre.
But she composed herself, got up off the floor and with a tear in her eye...

"I-I-I guess we have all done things we regret, this Government brings out the worst in people, whether you are with the Government or not, I..."

She stopped right there and could not continue any further, hate and sadness welling inside her, hate for the Government and sadness at what the legendary Zayan was forced to do, or hopefully forced.

Baphomet brought the Kelata to along side the Avenger and decloaked, aiming the Meson canons at the offending Loxian vessel and fired.

The Loxian shuttle was pounded by several Meson pulses, the ship imploded as it dropped to the ground, and reduced itself to plasma.

"If you are ready Dyien and only have minor damage as my sensors indicate then I suggest we begin those attack runs I specified earlier."

[Ardeth Wildcat]

"I'll join you and Ardeth."  Malcolm said, as he helped his brother into the starship, removing the clingy little children from Ardeth.  Ardeth was grateful that those 2 little ones were off him.  He pulled off the dark armor and cast it into his old travel pack, and pulled out the plugs on the gloves, feeling the energy flow to him again.  He then pulled off the cloak, showing he had metal that was sporadically covered with light gold color, but more silver.  He had the same color fur as Malcolm: night black.  His muscle was less severe, but that was cause Ardeth had a few square meals in him, while Malcolm was rail thin and muscular from having to wrench doors open, pull up the floor-boards, and hunt for food.  Ardeth's resemblance was nearly the same, except Malcolm's beastly looks were greater.

Ardeth figured out the weapon and started taking out any of the enemy that he could.  he also alternated fire with the laser gloves.

[Mark Travis]

"Yes, take the Captain out of the room. Try to wake him."

Travis takes out a hypo-spray and inserts it in his patients neck.

"This should offer additional relief."

[Zaphan]

IC: "Well we would need a pretty good distraction General, then by the the gods, these 'Pobol Drwg' will pay with their very 'Enaid'; you can count on that."

*Blaze moved around closer to the wall, he sat down and started his work, after several long minutes Blaze hacked into the compound's computer system's, and shut the camera's into the compound off and made it look like the problem originated in there power plants*

<Used his commlink to contact Ardeth>

"Ardeth camera's are down, move the east following my trail, theres a guard above my location, ill take care of him."

<Blaze set his phaser mount to max setting then fired his phaser at the guard above his location taking him out with a well aimed shot to the head>

[Blaze]

"Put it away, I dont know who this Hal is.  Keep the gas bomb for later use may need them when we get out of here.  Get over the wall and silence him permanently."

[Ardeth Wildcat]

Ardeth stood his ground, extending his claws.  He planted charges in the specified areas, and then came back, growling, fangs bared.  He looked ready to kill, but it was only his defensives kicking in.  He had a bad feeling about this mission.  Almost as if Blaze had taken him here on purpose.  He wouldn't speak of this Hybrid's relation to him.  Especially not  to Blaze,the hard-headed, metal-handed, computer-brained lunatic in his own mind about his brother.  "If you don't mind, I'd like to get out before anything can happen."  He didn't know his brother had snuck out before they got here, and planned a surprise for them both.  "What's it like to face a brother you haven't seen in years?" Ardeth said, trying to be cryptic about it.

Ardeth growled, and clipped his wrist connector into the Sword of Justice's console, giving a shifty glance around, and sent a wave of power through it, trying to see if weaknesses were present.

[Taurik]

(OFF: Wait, did you shoot Blaze? Let's assume that didn't happen, if that's what you meant.)

"General, you must remain calm." Taurik points to the man accompanying Blaze, "This man will stay with you."

"Blaze, come with me. We must defend the ship from the incoming Loxian patrols."

[Zaphan]

Zaphan still in engineering, was cursing under her breath and kicking the shield array control generator.
The damn thing just wouldn't work, she spent minutes checking to see if the Sarium Krellide powercells connected to the shields were charged, yes that wasn't the problem, so she checked the componants for any damage, no that wasn't the problem either.

Frustrated with the unit, Zaphan was about to give up but decided to give the unit one more swift kick and walk away, when the Shield generator flared into life.
Outside the vessel, the shields kicked away some of the dirt and surrounded the other parts that were too thick and therefore seemed to be part of the Freighter.

Zaphan exclaimed in relief and peasure at conquering such a stubborn piece of equipement, even though the indicators showed the shield strength at 20%, at least it was something in the way of protection.

Zaphan ran to the Bridge, stopping on the way to see if Zayan was okay.

"How are you Zayan?...Hang on, where is you Vulcan midwife? Oh Frell, Taurik's outside isn't he? Just when I got the shields working, typical male."

"Let me know, when you want to come back inside I'll lower the shild and activate it again, hopefully; anyway I will stay in here and protect Zayan.
But I should worn you Taurik, I have NO idea on how to deliver a baby, so don't be long midwife. *giggles*
