"New Zealand has a defense force ?, I didnt know that there was a civil war breaking out on earth ?"

[Jacob Ressik]

" I know i have what it takes, i have contacts in high command who will transfer me into the reinvasion force, though i don't see the need, i helped supervise the construction of our defence systems"

Ressik takes a swig of the rootbeer

[Balkazar]

"Yeah and if a Starfleet officer have anything to say about it, they will charge in without thinking of the consquences from all angles if they havent alredy."

"Kassie, you and Braxton may come but stay on the pelican.  Sargent mobilize Alpha and Charlie companies.  Get them to the Pelicans.  I want Puma's On site to keep those starfleet officers from doing something stupid if they havent alredy.  We will take the Pelicans as well as several of our fighters to the sight to maintain some degree of order.  MOVE!.  Also prep for heavy combat, we dont know what we are dealing with yet.  Sargent get my gear too im coming."

[Balkazar]

"That will be very useful.  I was just going over my records and I just noticed that Captain William Richerd was assigned as Bravo Company CO.  Would you be willing to go to First Lt. Bravo Company XO?."

"Your training in borg technology will be very useful if they decide to rear there ugly heads again.  Intelligence you say?.  Hmmmmmmm, you wouldnt know a Captain Simon Rajnus would you?, He is teaching the Tactical/Security class at the DSA."

[Jacob Ressik]

<Outside>
The ULA Freedom flys overhead landing long enough for Ressik to get out.  He marchs up to Colonel Balkazars office and enters.

*Ressik stands to attention and salutes.

"Sgt Ressik Reporting back in sir.  Sorry i've been away for so long, but the citadell on Jarken needed alot of work."

[Sillik]

"I have worked in other parts of the engineering department in my time in the field. I think my general knowledge of it will be adequate enough to fulfill the needs in my service of the Starfleet Marines. Rest assured, I will perform as instructed and needed in this duty, sir".

[Balkazar]

"Odd speech, but yes you found the correct place.  So tell me about yourself?"

[Elizabeth Bailey]

"Not like anyone would believe me. There isn't another brain in starfleet."

*sighs*

"My father forced me to enlist. He said it was insistant that i do."

*rolls eyes*

[Balkazar]

"Lets just say I can bring him up on charges of armed assault against a civilian, oh not to mention he was babbling about Falians or felines or some such, oh and he had scares that looked like he has been in a battle and he hasnt recieved medical attention so those wounds got infected and he looks aweful.  Oh and he assaulted a marine.  Thats 2 charges of Assault and insanity, thats enough to put him away for a very long time."

[Elizabeth Bailey]

*Gestures, can you see the writing on it? How it doesn't seem to stay still? It's because it doesn't stay in one point, it is constantly in a flux. It adapts to the one who holds it. Whomever it is..."

*Stops for second, thinking*

"I think it's called the Kyrush Dagger. You see the face on the base of it? That's their patron god, Kyru. He has the domains of Greed, War, Hate, Cannibalism."

*Paces around*

"You see...'sir', these beings, they are monsters. They are telepathic monsters. They can use each of us against each other. They are flesh eaters...and prize themselves when they can feast."

"No offense sir, but i am sure the marines are different than many things, but i would like to talk to my father...i don't think we have that much time."

"To be a marine if all goes to plan, I have served over 5 years with the New Zealand Defence force and served in the civil war over a year" Ressik responds to Lt Colonel Balkazar's question

[Balkazar]

"I see, High command doesnt take much interest in Marine matters.  Tho there word is law they dont rule over marines like tyrants.  We must know we can count on each other in a pinch.  You think you can do that ?" <Takes a drink>

[Jacob Ressik]

Sergeant Ressik goes through the situation

"Sound like we got our selves a mystery on our hands"

turns to Lt Colonel Balkazar "What are you going to do?"

As he sat down he look around the room, noticing pictures and awards and other things usual offices have. Sir I have Major in Cryptography,Borg Technology and also training in  Marine Unit Readiness Program (MURP)Zero-G training while in boot camp and graduated fifth out of ten in my class. Train in Marine combat. did many years in Starfleet Intelligence.
