Mission 1: Ghosts in the Machine

Hobson stood near the console as Cook began work.
"With what information you know on the computers situation, would you consider actually sending a team to the computer core an option? I have proposed that it is possibly very dangerous, but I I believe your opinion on such a thing, along with Mr. Starwinds, is much more valuable".

Madison returned from the pub.

"Whats our condition?"

"Commander Cook, How do you feel about EVA?  I think its time you and I take a little walk down to the computer core."

With that Garhart and Cook suit up in EVA gear with Cooks delivery system with them.

OCC:  EVA to avoid all the computer gliches.

*As Dean is strolling down the Jefferies tube corridor he wipes his face of a swaet and unbuttons his uniform. He comes up to a hatch semi-closed. As soon as he began an approch it seals off. "Damn..." he thinks to himself and continues on.*

Garhart communicates to both TOM and Richard

What are they not happy about.  Some ship appeared that they think will destroy them.  They say they have secured Cook but they think we tricked them.  They can't sense Starwind any longer.  They think that he is on the ship and want him back right NOW.

Garhart sits in the computer core communicating with the lifeform, trying to convince them that starfleet just wanted to help them and not hurt thme when an officer appears beside him and raises his weapon to the core then lowers it.  

"Commander, we must get the lifeforms out of the core without injurying them in any way.  They have accessed the stations auto destruct system and promise to destory us if we so much as injure on of them.  Do you have any idea how this will be accomplished?"
