As the group transported on Ops, Hobson went to Ransom.
"Admiral, do you know any of this threat which was put onto alert? I am beginning to grow weary of some of these major alerts over things hardly known from the Commodore".

"I'm on it admiral.  I wonder why they where taken.  Also, Admiral Hobson seemed to be expecting it."

"I have nothing written up. The general consent that Admiral Madison proposed, was beginning all officers in main engineering, and working from that section out. My part of the small pre-production type meeting, was putting on the list that most of the ship would need total replacement, rather than just a clean up. The areas of the ship that need focus should get focus, along with extra hands. Since I am not the one who will do the hands-on, physical work with the ship, I am to check on contacts for assistance, and such. Hence the first arrival of Commander Nasmith".

"Ahh, the Windsor! I had forgotten it. I was here when work on it began. What is its status? I have heard rumor that the U.S.S. Rivendell was to leave this sector. Will the Windsor be taking active service?".

Captain Brodie exits the conference room.

"I had thought the ship was complete. How many upgrades remain? My first post was in engineering i can lend some expertise. I could use a briefing on our first mission too."

Indiana Jones comes up to Ops and smiles at the busy work that was going on at the moment.

"Cheif Engineer for the Windsor Reporting in, I believe that all engineering sections are now up to parr with regulations.... must say, it will be very nice to have two warp cores.... more power to play with on getting through situations, eh?"

Jones smiled and laughed, it seemed that he had enjoyed repairing engineering, as such he had missed the entire debriefing.

He smiles and returns the greeting. "Tom Hobson. I suppose you were sent to find out what is on the plate now? I will have to have a drink with you when the time allows. I served for Intelligence early in my career".

"I am first maj Kalata, your station will now be turned over to the Kazon Nistrum.  If not we will destroy you."

"The station does need a chief medical officer. I think the postion can become yours".
He took a look at the rank on the officers collar.
"I think your current rank of Lieutenant will do untill more is seen of your performance. Lieutenant Travis is in the infirmary now I think also tending to any patients there, you can inform him that he may rest untill the Rivendell arrives. If there are any questions or other such concerns as you settle in I can be found in my office or on Ops most of the time. Other than that, Welcome to Frontier Station".
