Reed turned to his panel in his chair. He then stared into the screen speaking.

"I assume you can hear me. Not for long i'm afraid. You threaten the Federation. Your alliance is not recognized by Starfleet. It will fail. If you force us to comply with it, you wil find your powers will be of little service."

*The mind link of Andros and the Mannon is closed.*

Reed gets up

"Computer, run secondary systems!"

The ship lights up again.
Reed picks a padd up and throws it at the screen.

"They can shove their alliance. Starfleet will never negotiate with these galactic criminals. They desprately need to be shown who's space they violate."

"Find a base to begin. This seems to be our focus for now. The actions of force against us speak for themselves. If they wish to prove they are peaceful they will abide by our regulations and heed our orders in the space we control."

"I know I would like to continue working around the stopping of our brain waves traveling. But there might be a possibility in creating strong cloak-like brain wave patterns. If they do not have the ability from being able to read our own patterns, we can send the patterns to them in a strong form to where they should pick them up. But the patterns show them flashes of information that is false or else leading them into deception"

Reed sits back with his hand on his chin.

"Doesn't he know Starfleet would blow a fuse if they found out he was single handedly making alliances."

He stands and looks at arturos

"Take a shuttle from the ship, they can cloak. Blend with the crew of Frontier, if your questioned inform them you've been placed to aid in the Medical area. I will provide you with the proper identifications that will cover you if they cross check. Find out what Ransoms doing. I feel he's hiding something. Don't access any computers. Do nothing to leave a trace. Just use your eyes."

"Leave a full report in my office. For now we're going to only look at that situation out of the corner of our eye. Its being delt with openly you say, then we will let it happen."

The ship drops out of warp.

"Mr. Arturo, Major Jarret, beam down to the planet and get Mr. Fisher if you would. Then i want Major Drake and yourself Mr. Jarret to question him."

(OFF: If everyone didn't know we're switched to the starfleet uniform/rank system)

*They transport back to the ship and take Fisher to the area for interrogation*
"So. What have you been doing with the good Romulans Mr. Fisher?"

[MalcomReed]

"Yes it will. For now on this ship will be our headquarters and home. Mostly under cloak. Its my intent to make our location unknown. For now i want to discuss our first mission. I want everyones imput, what needs our attention most?"

[Mark Jarret]

*Moved to check out the uploading*
"Going on board that station with the goal of capturing would be the most stupid thing we could do. We would set them to an alert and have something horrible on our hands"
*Considers for a moment*
"I would suggest waiting to find out what this information is. If it turns out this thing left behind is sending information in spy fashion to his people we make our work begin. It confirms our duty to the T. We must kill, manipulate, torture, do what it takes to take care of it"

Reed contacts Arturo.

"Captain, return to the Mannon as soon as possible. Report what youve found. We are discontinueing this current operation. It is to my knowledge Starfleet is openly dealing with the subject. And other pressing matters call us."

He turns to speak to the crew.

"We will conduct a meeting when Arturo returns. Their is something that is very much a mystery."

[Lewis Drake]

"I'd like to hold the questionning in the observation lounge, nothing says tell me what I wanna know better than comfortable seats and warm and welcome environment"

Plans it out in his head and realizes something

"Oh with proper security force of course. I'll be waiting there"

Heads over to the Obs lounge

Reeds voice is heard over the comm.

"Take the prisoner to Lyonesse, we have docked at the station for now. Take him to the brig their and report to the FSS deck for an officers meeting. Reed Out"

[Lewis Drake]

Lewis looked at the other officers, cleared his throat and began..

"Our attention should be on a counter attack on the heraan and the nag'jigat (sorry cant spell it :P ) hit them before they can hit us again"
"Perhaps even do some reconaissance"

"If they decide they want to attack again we should be the first warning to the fleet"
