*Eastwood Threw a Granade into the wreakage and yelled for his Company to move forward and also for half his company to watch our rear just in case*

"Sir how are we going to get near the fortress without been spotted and this damn lizard isnt going to help us any either."

*Eastwoood Continued to walk beside Balkazar while his XO takes charge of his company*

"Roger that sir but what if the doors dont open maybe we might need a backup plan just in case that fails, and sir you know me im always looking at different ways to get things done."

*Eastwood looked at his Marines and smiles as they are finally working together to get things done*

"Sir may i suggest that when we get to the fortess that Charlie Company make some sorta diversion which will give you more time to get in"

[Balkazar]

<Mind mergence>

"Dont worry about slowing us down.  We would be slowed down by the terrain anyways.  Biped's walk fine on smooth surfaces but throw rough and rocky terrain our way and we would start to have problems.  But dont worry much over it, with the equipment being carried and all, thats slowing us down too.  You may beable to swim a little, I show a river coming up soon in a ravine, it may provide some water for Jarkenan's civilians if they dont believe in technology to solve there problems, so you may beable to swim a lil."

*True to Balkazar's word they came across a river that was covered a good deal of ground, the marines stopped there for a few minutes to rest*

"Go and swim Vil'iata, youll beable to swim the majority of the way now to our target."

Ressik Turns and sees his men have finished the food.

"My Men are ready, sir."

Ressik Finishs his rations.

[Vil'iata Najadum]

"It looks to be a minimal camp, as if they weren't expecting to remain there long. Also I spotted at least 2 sentries but they seemed to be ignoring the river completely." Thinking hard, "No insignia that I could see but they appeared well armed."


((OOC: I'm going to assume you're 'pathing me same time you're speaking out loud.))

"Yes, We will surround them and force them into a surrender.  If they decide to fight we will beable to kill them before they can raise any alarms, so go swiftly and silently.  I dont want them to know we are here or alert the fortress of our arrival."

[Vil'iata Najadum]

Vil'iata's head fairly spun with the speed with which everything had gone. She'd done her best to make herself useful to them and hoped she'd not been a hindrance. But now, with everything done with, she wasn't sure what was to happen to her. These were not her people but she was impressed with how well they worked together and that they had deviated from their objective to assist her after she crashed.

So she glided silently along behind Balkazar waiting to find out what was to happen next. She'd never make it back to her homeworld in time to pass the Tests and would have to wait a whole year before they were offered again. Vil'iata didn't really want to wait that long for another chance but would if there was no other option.

"I lossed my 2IC and Ship the Nightingale, because he revealed himself too early, i observe then if i can trust reveal."

OCC: treat the planet as if it was an extra large docking bay, ship wise.

[Balkazar]

"How much longer till we reach Jarkan?"

[Balkazar]

*Balkazar used his helmet visor to scan inside the vessel, switching between Xray, Infrared, among other visual settings.  The scans revealed that the occupant suffered heavy laserations to its skull, broken left arm, deep gash on the right arm.  Suddenly Balkazar was blinded as fires started to erupt and the ship appeared to explode at any time*

"GET THAT THING OUT OF THE SHIP!, its going to explode!"

*Several marines dragged the blinded Balkazar off till he regained his sight, then a couple minutes passed as the rest of the marines that surrounded the vessel dragged the unconscious lizard like thing out and dropped her next to the now recovered Balkazar*

<Getting up he walked over and took in the sight of the lizard like biped sprawled unconscious on the sand>

*About this time the small ship exploded, forcing the marines to duck as peices of the ship blew every which way, some time passed when the fire settled down as the marines hurried to put it out*

"First Patrol is a small one, 6, they are about 15 minutes off.  There is about 25 coming out of the fortress, these blighters are about 20."

[Balkazar]

"Theres no question about that.  Hmmmmmmm, I think that after you take the heat off us, we go in plant the charges and make our own way in."
