OFF: resignations and such should not be posted in mission topics, we have other forums and topics for that... A ship can't be moved out of Expansion Fleet without our permission. If you move a ship to an entirely different RPG, you actually resign from Expansion Fleet and start a new ship elsewhere (whether it is by the same name or not is of little consequence) but the ship here remains here.

I take it we need a new CO for this ship?

I am still here as chief engineer... sorry but life decieded to throw a few curve balls my way... but I am back including Weasly Cook and William Richerd... So, it seems I come back and things are slow... agian.... anyway, I am willing to get back to work any time now.

There should probably be a roll-call for the crew then. If there is none or insufficient, then the ship should probably be decommissioned for the time being as there's still the Rivendell for this division.
