*...Rob chuckled at the Commanders enthusiasm to get right to work with those tubes. As he sat and waited for the dismissal he thought for a moment about his time on the Evolution and when he was wounded in a battle. He thought about his beloved Ftima. He caught himself swaying off to a daydream and he quickly snapped to and began to focus on our little poker game that we are about to start....*

"So, Captain. Are we good to go?"

[Teranis]

*enters the main bridge and sits at an engineering post. then transfers control of main engineering to the bridge. Also hears what the Commander had to say as he exited the turbo-lift*

Maybe they are still infact of use to us. I dont think they really know what to believe. I suggest we warp back to our main position and see if they call our bluff this time. Now they know we mean business and we are capable of doing damage. Make them believe all our ships are able to do what we have done. Force them to retreat.

[Nonir]

"Aye Ma'am. Confirmed hit. Luckily we hit their sensor array off the flag ship. The fleet is retreating wit the exception of three ships The luck, eh? Setting course to SS Avalon Ma'am?"

Lurado looked around the bridge again as the AI was activated. Things were starting great.
He extended his hand as the medical chief came to them.
"Welcome to the Iroquois Lieutenant Travis. I think you will find it easy to locate sickbay, it is one of a size that you should find managable. You may want to start with gathering crew medical records, if they have none, you can give them one".
Having given the doctor something to work on, he resumed his  conversation with the Admiral.
"Is an assignment for us been decided? I have plenty of patience if not, as you said it has been a long while. I am content to sit idle for a spell to soak it all in".

[FredLurado]

"I am sure they still have the test. I have never taken it myself, spent the two years at the academy as you know, but unlike you, I dropped out, as you also know".

He gave a small laugh.

"I put my time in at the Mallory Enterprises, on a ship just like this. Captain Jonathan Dane, who you wouldn't know, was the commanding officer of the U.S.S. Hurricane. Fine ship itself, not as good as the Paladin though. Not to me, at least. The time from then leading to my direct captaincy is a long story, and there's no use becoming nostalgic".

[Apodae Swift]

Swift ran in to the bridge and came to an abrupt halt, he looked physically out of breath but managed to hold himself with dignity, mainly because he wasn't really out of breath, when you were hiding your genetic alterations you had to fake such things.
"Ensign Apodae Swift reporting for duty sir, I apologise for my lateness there was a mix up in my orders and when you came I was in the middle of training." Swift added, his breath now calm. "Couldn't have you leaving without me."

[Valen StarChaser]

"I would have been, but NO!!!, that ensign stopped me from heading to the computer and handed me a phaser instead.  Ill go do that right now." he told Travis as he walked by.

<Inside the office>

<When Travis was busy Valen decided to put a whoopy cushion on the seat and tried his best to hide it so when Travis sat down he wouldnt see it as much>

<Walking over to the medical aide's computer he started to work on those medical files>

*...Rob stood up and gave a salute..*

"Aye, Sir. Don't worry about the Iroquois, Sir. She is in good hands and I will do my best to ensure you that she won't be stuck in dry dock undergoing a refit on her first day out."

*...Robert gives Fred a wink and heads down to engineering...*

We only have one emitter, but yes that will work. I can transfer Halycons program to the emitter if need be.

[Weasly Cook]

Commander Cook nodded his head. "Understood sir."

<In Sickbay.>

Cook entered the small medical facility onboard the Iroquois and went straight to the medical office. He Knocked on the outside of the door, not bothering to look to see if anyone was in the office at the moment. "Uh... hello? Anyone can give me an update on the captain's medical status? Or something?"

*Teranis then notices on a Lcars panel, that there is cargo being put on the ship*

Sirs, am i right in saying your trying to move the cargo from the frieghter to here? we are a battleship not a freighter.

*While looking at the panel, he switches to long range sensors to make sure Cook had fixed them correctly. He then quickly got the attention of the Captain and Commander.*

Sirs, long range detect a large Heraani attack fleet heading for the freighters location. ETA in about 30 minutes. i suggest we dump this cargo idea and hurry up and fit the freighter with explosives.
