"Good.  Dont worry it was an honest mistake.  I was a security officer at one time so its a bit of a change.  You have command of things here.  Watch those intel officers." he said whisperingto Richerd.

*Balkazar then moved towards the 4 puma's that were just finished getting worked on.  He motioned for Alpha company to mount up, with that said he got in and waited for all of Alpha company to pile on the gear and themselves then the 4 puma's sped off towards the Debri site*

<Several minutes past as Hodson and his marine escort saw 4 puma's in the distance speeding towards them.  Once stopped Balkazar got out and went over to Hodson>

"Well Hodson how is everything here?" he said.

<Turning towards his marines>

"Trap the area and set up a parimeter.  Take cover behind anything you can, dig fox holes.  Use the lumber to make rough pillboxes as well.  MOVE!" he said waiting for Hodsons reply.

*The marines went about there business in a rather efficient manner doing as ordered*

"Nino Technology ?, whats this concept funny human ?.  To a certain extent yes, Mr Cook.  Once a brain has been transformed it can hold vast quantities of information, however they cant download it themselves like you would hook up 2 computer and download information between them.  They have to relearn what knowledge they lost during the transformation.  In some fields the android would have to relearn what wasnt transfered, because this technology isnt perfect but it was the only way to preserve our lives above and beyond when the time came to die, it was a option to cheat death in a sense of the word."

"Hmmm, it seems that my people did the cave in, this base was built with the ability to destroy itself if it came under attack and we could destroy certain sections that my people didnt want to have found.  So to protect those sections they blew explosive charges to cave in certain sections.  It seems the Armory, Living quarters, Barracks, R&D labs, were all caved in.  We were working on a to perfect our robotic technology when we went into stasis.  Unfortunately it seems that those area's can support life but cant get there, they were shielded in a sense to protect our technology and civilians from dieing, but it seems that the mutant cats found this out the hard way.  Im detecting several of there bodies down in the cave in's.  I could 50 mutant cat bodies down there.  Around 200 Melmacian skeletons down there half of them were youngins."

Captain Richered was fortifiing the area around the station and underground area. He was shouting at men to get more Puma's into the area.

"Air Squadren I need some Pelicans to deal with anything that might try to land by air." He was rushing around trying his best to work out a fast and strong hold to make sure that they could stop this invasion. He was dressed in full battle armor and he wanted to make sure that no one would get in or out of the complex. He turned around at seeing those from the exavation site comeing out. He looked shocked. "What are you doing here? Get under cover."

He looked at O'Clare. "Get some extra armor, we have some starfleet officers still on the planet." He looked worried, he had never heard of this new enemy and he was unsure of what was going to come of this.

"You do not, Commodore. I have been implying this entire time that we should not take the items. Perhaps a personal bias convinced yourself not to pay attention to me, but to hop on the nearest accusation and angered, shouted threat?".

ICC: *sees his team arriving. Also see's Janeway and Alf appear out of the building. Stands up form under the trees and brushes himself up.*

Well im glad everyone seems to be here. Hello again Alf. If you dont mind i would like to set up a meeting with you and your superiors? We have much to discuss. Oh and i would like to have Captain Janeway here, plus the other officers you see here, Mr Higgins and Ensign Ghemor, to go back down to where the cave-ins took place. We want to make sure they wont be collapsing any time soon. Im sure you dont want whatever is down there to be destroyed. We have technology that can help prevent it. The rest of the team you have already met, and i was also wondering if it would be ok for them to enter the dome and do some studying of it, and also to interact with your species. Will this be ok with you?

*Having a small conversation with the marine leader in charge of protecting Kassie and the others, Balkazar then left after a few moments in the conversation*

*Julian wakes up from what seemed to have been a day dream he had gone into while listening to Alf's comments. He wasn't used to being in fresh air with the wind blowing on his face anymore. He was embracing it, hoping that what he was about to say would hopefully allow him to come down here more often.*

Mr Alf, if i may hae a few more minutes of your time. From what i've put together from myself and my team asking you questions, Your species is not that far behind in a more than a few ways. The only real thing i see as a problem is your technology level.

*Stands up and gets on one knee in front of Alf, presenting his hand, as if he was proposing for it to be shaked*

On Behalf of the United Federation of Planets, and the Delta force Expansion Fleet Team, i would like to offer a permenant treaty between ourselves and your species. This treaty would include both the Melmacians (Spose we can call them that since thats what they called the planet) and Starfleet living and co-existing on this planet. We can help you in a lot of ways in getting you set back up on the surface if you like. We would like to set up our base of operations inside this building, as its perfect. We will live as one. Obey eachothers laws, and such. All i am waiting for is an answer, and then, if you say yes, i would like you to come and see where we live. And we can make this thing formal.

[ALF]

*The micro bots that Jones let out filtered into the console and repairs it after 20 minutes, then they played back the last thing they recorded*

*The corridors were clean and shiny.  They last recorded was the mutant cats, the size of a medium humanoid with a cat head, claws, weilding what looked to be machine gun, and covered in fur.  They were rushing down the corridors slaughtering all in there path, ALFs brothers alot with the rest of there unit formed a barricade and started to weild there own weapons against the mutant cats.  Soon the mutant cats over powered them and charged threw bumping, shattering, raiding, pillaging the entire area.  One of ALFs brothers got up and with his last dieing strength pressed a button on a nearby console and activated the security systems and locked down the entire facility preventing anyone from leaving or entering, then ALFs brother slumped to the ground.  The micro bots also were recording when they moved to the bodies to attempt to repair the alredy dead bodies, but instead of leaving them they put themselves self stasis to preserve there lives and to preserve the bodies*

<A tear falls from ALFs eye>

"My only friends who just happened to be micro bots did there last selfish act and protected the base.  Strange tho that they acted like they had a sentient life.  Which is possible sense I tried to make each thing I made to have some form of uniqueness about themselves.  Tho these scans are strange.  Theres around 200 other bodies detected in this facility but im picking up life signs 2 decks down, but that cant be unless the micro bots brought the proto type bodies online to preserve the soldiers brains inside there bodies.  But that would require the micro bots to bring the robot bodies to this deck then make my brothers brains into cybernetic self sustaining.  That means jones that the micro bots turned the dead ALFs brains into self sustaining brains, that would give them long enough time to activate the robot bodies and bring them up here, then used my table to install everything.  Interesting, they exceeded there own programming in a way.  They werent programed to think and yet from what im detecting they are thinking on there own.  But dont worry they wont harm there creator.  Theres almost 50 active robot bodies with cybernetic brains in them, but the robotic bodies were altered, Amazing.  They researched new ways to self upgrade themselves.  You may get a chance to witness my creations in action."

<Transporter room>

"Well, Welcome to Starfleet contingent base.  Hope you have a good stay here.  Lets go, Julian's office is this way." he said as he started to lead Brodie threw the halls and corridors to Julian's office.

<They walk up to Ops then into Julian's office where they see several people alredy there waiting>

*Alf and the others got up out of the sitting room and accompanied by the marines they went into the stasis room*

"This is a shielded stasis pod we used what technology we had to build thousands of these bunkers all across this world still hidden, tho im not sure if there still working or not.  This room has a seperate power source that is about 1,000 ft below us.  It serves as a automatic back up if the primary power should have failed.  This room here can hold up to 5,000 stasis pods it was converted into this place when we new our end was coming so if something happened to one bunker another one would activate to carry on our legacy.  The only way we thought of us not awaking is this world being destroyed.  Now lets proceed to lvl 2."

*They walked into the main command room for the stasis pod bunker and walked into the elevator and went to lvl 2*

"This area was used as a security deck to ensure that our race who did live here would live again still it was the only deck that had any weapons on it so in order to get to lvl 3, the mutant cats had to go threw this hallway and be shot down by automated security systems and by our races weaponry at the end of the hall.  You can use this deck as long as my race gets to man these decks and carry on our legacy.  The entire bunker structure is made out of tritirium.  It was the best stuff we had at the time.  But im sure with your technological superiority would beable to fix that."

"Any questions?"

[Hodson]

Hodson goes over to the force field emitter and runs a diagnostic and finds out that everything is in good shape, he calls the corpral over.

"Corporal I need you to keep the perimiter up and I also need you to scan for any more of the 'mutant cats' let me know if you find anything I'll be sorting the debri."


The Corporal nods his head "aye sir." then goes back to his potition
