Simon Rajnus

Captain Rajnus - USS Normandy - Bridge

<Simon looked over the information and nodded>

"Tactical bring the modified shields and weapons to full power, standby repair teams, and keep a close eye on those sensors.  I have a feeling we will be doing one of our quick fly by transports again." Rajnus told his crew as they scrambled to do their jobs.

"Dolan, any advice that you wish to share? no matter how drastic?" Rajnus asked him as he mentally prepared himself the best way he knew how.

Simon Rajnus

Captain Rajnus - Bridge, USS Normandy

<The flames raged on around the bridge as the last of his crew was at the escape pods.  Rajnus rushed to helm and inputed a course to head directly into the front lines of the Heraan fleet, the Normandy flew in with fire and debris flying everywhere, emergency forcefields in place and the Normandy flying as fast as she could towards the Heraan lines>

<The computer called out the warpcore would breach in 30 seconds and the Normandy was about 15 seconds away from the large heraan capital ship that loomed over the battlefield as a huge monolith.  Torpedo's and phaser fire being directed at the Normandy to finish her off once and for all>

=^= "This is Captain Rajnus to any federation of Gallifreyan ship near my position, I will need a immediate transport in 15 seconds.  I suggest you get me out of here.  I am plotting a course right for the Heraan lines and the Normandy will have a warpcore breach in now 20 seconds.  I repeat I need a immediate transport now!" =^= Rajnus said over a fleet wide communication.

<The Normandy flew closer to the center of the Heraan line where the damage would be more extreme, firing phaser and torpedo alike and recieving damage at the same time.  Destroying the smaller ships with phaser fire and Damaging the cruisers and battleships with the Torpedo's, Rajnus rammed the Heraan ship he thought was the Heraan fleet's command ship.  The Normandy was half destroyed when.......>

<The USS Amazon, came down like a angel from on high, flying close to the Heraan capital ship, and barely skimmed the fire and flying debris from both Heraan and the Normandy alike.  In a aura of blue light, Rajnus was transported at the very last second as the Amazon raced to stay in front of the shockwave that was soon to insue>

<The Normandy rammed the Heraan Capitol ship and 4 seconds later after Rajnus was beamed off the Normandy's Warpcore breached and destroyed the the Heraan capitol ship with all hands still on board.  The warpcore breached sending a shock wave destroying the smaller Heraan Vessel's and damaging all the Heraan ships in a 300,000 meter radius around the explosion>

Alexia

Apprentice Alexia - Gallifrey

<Crawling out of the crashed ship, she went about helping the Council out as well.  Once they started to move out, Alexia stayed close to the Council members of Gallifrey to protect them even though they could more then protect themselves>

Raszagal

Major Raszagal - Streets of Antioch

Raszagal used her sniper rifle to hone in on Charlie 0-2-2 as she went down, getting a clear view of the damaged engines, and an approximate idea of the crash site once the ship dipped below the city skyline. The pulled out her communicator, and put out a call to the whole of the 17th. "Pelican down!" she said. "I repeat: Charlie 0-2-2 has gone down near the Citadel! This is Fire Team Echo, Alpha Company. We're moving to investigate, over."

Raszagal slung her sniper rifle onto her back again as she unslung her Type-III assault rifle. She kept an eye on the integrated bio-scanner on the rifle's sight unit, ensuring the area was clear of Heraan before she advanced her team too far. Luckily, her knowledge of the city helped Fire Team Echo move toward the crashed dropship much faster than any other Federation team could have.

After a few encounters with Heraani patrols, many of which Raszagal and another marksman were able to whittle away with their sniper rifles, they finally reached the Presidium. One of the vast districts within the city of Antioch, the Presidium contained both the center of government, the Council Spire; as well as the religious epicenter, the Citadel of Adun. Although Raszagal was uncertain where exactly Charlie 0-2-2 had gone down, she knew it was somewhere within this district.

Voyager

Lieutenant Dolan - Citadel of Adun

Dolan tensed as the exchange of words grew more intense.  He shifted his weapon into a better position to fire from and also prepared to jump out of the way of the Heraani weapons.  Dolan waited for the Heraani Warmaster to give the silent order to attack as the rest of the group drew their weapons.

Balkazar

((I forgot Alexia's password so bare with me))

"LEGUDON!" Alexia yelled as she saw her master fall to the ground, burning with rage she attacked the Heraan she was dealing with.

<Alexia swung her Khala as she did, the Elite Heraan parried it to the side quickly disarming her.  He pushed her back to the far wall with his psionic push ability, she got up and realized she was weaponless and her weapon was stuck in the ground atleast 40 ft away>

<She waited for the Elite weapon to swing and as it did, she made her move and tumbled between the Heraan Elite's leg right to the otherside and rushed for her weapon, she grabbed it up just in time to block an attack from the Heraan elite she was attacking.  As the Elite plunged its blade at her, she moved to the side to get out of the way and as the Elite's weapon stuck in the ground, she took the time and rolled out of the way, got up and swung her Khala down, quickly decapitating the Heraan Elite>

T'Kar

Ensign T'Kar. Avalon Station
T'Kar got on the station from the foreign Gallifreyan ship. He knew his orders, which were the same orders as everyone else. He also knew there was going to be a war. While he was mentally preparing, he found himself wandering.
Even though he was a Klingon, he was quite young and had butterflies in his stomach, but he would never show or admit it. So he tried an experiment, Vulcan tea. It had calmed him, but he was still Dugh, or vigilant.

"Indeed, Mr. Karelia. It does not surprise me that the time has come."

T'Kar

Ensign T'Kar, Avalon Station
As soon as he got word of what ship he was going to serve on for the mission, T'Kar gathered all the information he could from the computer and from people who were familiar with the ship. "The Radiant Thunder. It is an odd name. Regardless of the name, it is an engineering masterpiece." He said to everyone and no one.
It was only his second mission, But he was already serving on his second ship, in the greatest war he believed he will ever see or be in. He was disappointed that he couldn't go into battle with the Rivendell, a highly advanced tactical vessel, but he knew it was suicide to take a damaged ship like that into battle with the Na'Jigat.

Raszagal

Private Raszagal - Marine Hangar Bay, U.S.S. Normandy

The young alien hesitated for a moment at the colonel's question. "Private, I asked you a question," came the colonel's reply to her silence.

"Excuse my reluctance, sir, but you have to realize that we're in this situation because of the last time I gave away that information." She paused, then continued: "If I hadn't given the Heraan information on Gallifrey, it's location included, my world would still be safe."

Raszagal sighed, took a moment, then began her report. "To answer your question, no one enclave is of any greater importance. But our enclaves are only outposts, locations where our people can rest, safe from the dangers of the planet's natural predators. The most important locations on the planet are in the capital city of Antioch, those are the Spire, where the council sits; and the Citadel of Adun, the shrine dedicated to our ancient leader and prophet. These are sure to be the Heraan's first targets."

Raszagal

Private Raszagal - Pelican Dropship Sierra-7-2-5

The fleet of Pelicans swooped low into the atmosphere, skimming only a few meters from the treetops of one of the lush jungles of Gallifrey. Raszagal tapped the hatch release, and the rear hatch of the troop compartment unsealed and slowly opened to reveal a spectacular view of the jungle rushing past, broken only by the Puma that hung on the underside of the tail behind the compartment.

"LZ in fifteen!" the pilot yelled from the cockpit through the open door. Raszagal secured her rifle to her back, and stood near the lip of the troop compartment, grasping a ceiling hand-hold to prevent herself from falling out of the ship in the turbulence. This was the first time she'd returned to Gallifrey since her exile, and it gave her both joy and sadness to be here again, defending it's very existence from the enemy.

"There's a whole mess of Heraan between us and the Gallifreyan camp outside Antioch!" she yelled over the roar of the rushing wind. "There's no way we're going around them, so we're just going to go through them!" Such romantic ideas of glory in battle were not common for her people, but she knew that marines, terran males specifically, reacted well to a hard-ass pep talk seconds before an engagement.

The dropship slowed it's engines, bringing them into a hovering position and letting the ship coast away most of it's speed. It then pivoted almost 180°, and slowly but steadily descended before hovering only a meter-and-a-half from the  ground. Raszagal pounded her fist twice on the inner hull of the ship before jumping down to the ground, with several of the marines behind her shouting various cries of encouragement and cockiness as they followed.

Her rifle in-hand, she ushered her marines out from under the Pelican, and the magnetic locks holding the Puma in place were deactivated, causing the vehicle to drop to the ground, a hearty crunch-thud emanating from it's suspension. She immediately climbed into the passenger's seat as two other marines occupied the driver's and gunner's seats.

Alexia

Apprentice Alexia - Jungles of Gallifrey

<Pulling her Khala out of her target, she spit on him, very un-gallifreyan like but she wasnt part of Gallifrey so she figured it was alright>

"Their will be more hovering around, we should go due east and go around any other patrol's that are sent out.  Im sure if we continue north we will continue to run into the Heraan patrol's which would put our lives in danger." Alexia wisely advised her master's.

Tigerlead

Ensign Tigerlead - Radiant Thunder - Bridge

Tigerlead watched as a Heraani Battleship turned towards the USS Amazon. He turned towards the captain's chair
"Lieutenant Stevens, one capital ship and two of it's escorts are heading towards the Amazon!"

=^= Engineering to Bridge =^=
T'kar here. I gave you everything i got but i won't guarantee the launchers will be in one peace!
=^= Tigerlead to Engineering =^=
Acknoledged

Tigerlead turned to Lieutenant Stevens "Sir i have an idea but i need you to trust me on this"
The lieutenant looked towards the young tactical officer and acknoledged with a slight head movement.

The ensign quickly pressed a few buttons, then turned towards the helmsman and said "Helm, set new course 148 mark 20" the helmsman turned and looked in shock "But... sir that would put us on a colission course with the capital ship" then turned towards the lieutenant in charge. Stevens was as shocked as the others but trusted the instincts of his tactical officer knowing full well he wouldn't be here if he wasn't capable and with a slight gesture he aproved the course corrections.
The helmsman said "New course 148 mark 20, Aye"
Tigerlead looked as the Heraani ship appeared straight ahead then added "Helm, full impulse!" The heraani ship got closer and closer... "Steady as she goes... and hope for the best" the young ensign said as the Radiant Thunder was closing in to the Heraani capital ship. The escort destroyers flanked the capital ship and the Radiant Thunder became the only thing beetween the enemy group and the Amazon that was still recovering personnel.

=^= Tigerlead to T'kar =^=
Give me every last drop of energy you can to shields and engines

Tigerlead pressed quickly input some commands, then pressed an intercom button
=^= Shipwide =^=
General Quarters! All hands brace for impact! General Quarters! All hands brace for impact!

Tigerlead watched as the Radiant Thunder was heading at flank speed towards the battleship and thought ~Ok i hope T'kar did a nice job with those torpedoes or we'll go down with them also... now a little bit closer, i set the targets and this should work...~ his thoughts were interupted as he spoken "Full power to frontal shields! Firing the torpedos, maximum yeld, minimum spread!"
A buzzing sound and a slight recoil was felt as the torpedoes left the tube then followed a giant cracking sound as that of a giant earthquake that was aparently tearing the ship apart... but it didn't happen the Radiant Thunder was still in one piece and Tigerlead was watching the torpedos trajectory. The overloaded warheads passed through the shields as if they weren't there and penetrated deep into the capital ship before detonating... the capital ship exploded in a blue-yellow debris wave of contorted metal.
The Radiant Thunder plunged through the debris... and as the helmsman was busy trying to keep the ship in one piece Tigerlead was monitoring the small battlegroup siuation "This is our chance" he yelled over the deafining sounds "the explosion destabilized the escort destroyers shields, firing all phaser banks"
The outcome reminded Tigerlead of the old Earth history with those wooden galleons that were closing to their enemies in broadside battles to fire with their projectile cannons... The Radiant Thunder and the Heraani escort were exacty like that as the Radiant Thunder's phasers were hitting both the destroyers... seconds later both ships were going down in a blaze of burning metal and plasma...
"We're losing the shields... The Amazon is moving off... get us out of here!!!"

Tara Lollock

Captain Lollock - Bridge of USS Iroquois

**Lollock returned to her command seat** "Alright everyone, times up. Status report lieutenant Swift?"

Swift - "We've got phasers back online and shields are holding at 29%"

"Good work everyone, helm take us back into the fight. Swift, take advantage of any target you can lock onto."

**The Iroquois headed back into the battle she took a hard hit directly over the bridge and fire broke out onto the bridge. A repair teamed swarmed the bridge like a well oiled machine. When the smoke had settled Swift looked toward the center of the bridge, where the captains chair had been there was a beam and a pile of metals and plastics he sees his Captain at the foot of the beam and rushes to her aid. "Captain" Swift shrieks. He kneels beside her and sees the blood gushing from her forehead.**

"Today is a good day to......"

**Silence filled the bridge as a soft rumble began to fill in Swifts voice and the rumble slowly turned to an impressive roar. Commander Dals looked at Swift, perplexed, he responds to her look.** "It is important that i warn the honored dead in Sto-Vo-Kor that a warrior is on her way to join them." **With that Swift shuts Captain Lollocks eyelids and gets up to head back to his station. Commander Dals looks towards the bridge crew who were still in shock at witnessing the death of their Captain. Dal interrupts the silence;** "Come on everyone, we can mourn later but we still have a job to do. Swift return fire, helm evasive action. Keep our belly facing their line of fire. The bridge cannot handle another hit like that."
