*KHa'Var slams a fist down on the table.*

"Have you all forgotten that I will be taking my ship out to scout the enemy's fleet?  I will have them in chaos by the time they plan to open fire on the station!  If need be I will take out their ships one by one myself, on my way back here."

*Turns to Vorak.*

"Could you be so kind as to excuse the officers that need to make sensor modifications?  The sooner that is done, the more time we will have to get everything else prepared for an attack."

[Tyn]

Tyn is ever vigilant all this time, remaining motionless and silent. She watches as the tyrant stampedes out of the door in a hurry.

[Tyn]

"You are something else, really. Vorak, you've not the slightest idea how much you mean to your officers..."

*Tyn emerges from the shadows*

[KHa Var]

*KHa'Var lifts an eyebrow questioningly before sarcastically mocking Vorak.*

"Vorlok is safely not on the station.  I would not call that safe!  YOU let our ONLY son be KIDNAPED right from under YOUR OWN NOSE?!  Let me know when you have found the owner of that shop, I believe his name was Enoch.  I wish to interrogate him and find out where he took our son, before I decide to disembowel him with my bare hands!!!"

*She clenches her hands while envisioning the event, drawing blood from both palms.  Vorak can see the rage in her eyes and the blood dripping in small rivulets to the floor of his office.*

[Vorak]

"Where do you wish the desk to be placed in my office? The room is quite large enough."

[Paris Love]

OFF: hmm....then you're suggesting that this station basically runs on an opposite clock? 0700 would actually mean 7pm at night?

wanna stay here and argue til we go to the restaurant? hehe.

[Vorak]

OFF: this takes place after the Klingon Restaurant dinner.

*Vorak enters his office and gathers together some padds.*
"Computer, any new messages?"

Computer: "One probe has dropped out of warp and is broadcasting the following message. The message has not yet been noticed in Ops."

We are under attack by a superior Loxian force. Shields are barely holding. Conditions in the Dark Passage make communications impossible. Romulans are assisting, but even so, we shall not likely last until reinforcements arrive. But you should be warned that the Loxians can no longer be considered "friendly."

*The room goes dark, and they both beam over to the Excalibur.*

"Negative, admiral. It appears he is... exploring the station, and its different departments. He is apparently quite keen of speaking with a particular admiral Sullivan."

"Major Embries, chief science officer, reporting for duty, admiral."
*He takes a seat at the desk.*

"Hmm... not a bad idea. Thoron particles are indeed known to block sensor scanners. A secret Romulan trilithium research base once used thoron to form sensor blocking tiles, to keep their base from being detected. But tachyon scans, however, will likely be able to penetrate them still. And in that case, the Loxians would still be able to scan our tactical situation."

"Indeed, if the Loxians do decide to continue, they will undoubtedly bolster their numbers before attacking. Hovever, even if they do not, our chances of coming out of the conflict without losing most, if not all, of the ships defending the station, and possiblly the station itself, are slim. And there is nothing stopping the Loxians from sending their reinforcements anyway. We need the assistance of other divisions. Should the Tiberon, Ares from Omega Division, and the Excalibur and Alamo from Nova Division, join our fleet, they could feasibly turn the odds in our favor."

[Hedford]

OFF: The thing with Morrow happend earlier...Hermes will post in a few days...stating that Morrow will be needed in the Engineering department and also tells Hedford that he needs to go to Admiral Vorak. I didn't want to cancel our "talk"/"drink" immediately, so I thought why don't we "act" as if it happend earlier.

[Vorak]

"What crucial decision do you refer..."
*Vorak notices that Tyn has disappeared.*
"Computer, has the other humanoid used a transporter to beam out."
Computer: "Negative."
*Vorak frowns.*
"Fascinating... a Q."
*Vorak takes a padd, makes note of the exact time and place of the Q encounter, and then leaves his office to go to ops.*
