"Ensign, you will learn that sometimes destroying a small part of a ship is better then having the ship totally over ran and destroyed.  I was in complete control of what you would reffer to as emotion.  I think your suggesting I let the ship be destroyed?"

"I can easily repair the damage I had inflicted, Captain.  I wouldnt do damage I wouldnt beable to repair.  Also you wont have any more problems with temporal anomalies, I destroyed the device that was causing it.  Ill send my nanites to repair the damage I had inflicted."

<Goes over to a console and sends over 1000 nanites to deck 5 and ordered them to repair the damage that was inflicted>

"Personally, I would think you would be more grateful for my assistence instead of treating me like im some stupid machine.  You may take tactical now.  I will be in astrometrics if you need me." he said in a way of angry contempt for Tragare as HK leaves the bridge.

"Ready the deflector," Taurik said, as Ensign Tragare was hefted to the turbolift, "and wait for my signal."

Taurik stood from his chair. "All hands, red alert. Report to battle stations. Orpheus, load quantum torpedoes and charge phaser arrays. Mr. Sarpedon, proceed on an intercept course toward the unidentified vessel."

The stoic Vulcan reached around and pressed a few buttons on the communications panel of his command console. "Taurik to the Evolution. This is the U.S.S. Rivendell, responding to a general distress call. I repeat, this is the Rivendell responding to a general distress call, please respond."

"Excellent."

Taurik tapped the comm button. "Taurik to Evolution. The Heraani attacker has been dealt with. I will send repair teams to assist your own, and in the mean time, you and your senior staff are welcome to join us here, if you wish."

Just over the battle zone a starburst effect could be seen by all, as a Gallifreyan Battle cruiser phase-shifted in to the spacetime continuum.
