T'lana

OOC: Oops, my bad. I edited the post to conform to this fact.

IC:

All four of the Away Team was beamed aboard the USS Rivendell, which was no mean feat through a Tractor Beam, but if anyone could do it it was this vessels crew.

Once on board, all four rushed to the Bridge, where a Borg Cube and Borg Sphere displayed on the main viewer.

T'lana went to the Science Station, but there was no real reason to do so. This didn't stop T'lana scanning the Borg Vessels and finding the reason why two Heraani in the Red Acropolis were afraid.

"Captain, it seems that the two Heraani we encountered were the survivors of assimilation."

T'lana

"Indeed. If a power surge occurred with the Warp Core, a breach would occur, but the Jump Drive has no such limitations, interesting."

When T'lana designed the Jump Drive, the eventuality of a power surge causing the Jump Drive to go beyond the red-line of 20 light years, simply didn't factor into her equations, it wasn't exactly the logical thing to do.

Wormhole physics was one of T'lana's many scientific interests, but convincing the scientific communities throughout the Federation that traversable wormholes for Faster-Than-Light Propulsion would succeed if they simply used the vessel itself as the event horizon, was almost impossible. Yet here, the Jump Drive is, attached to the Warp Core of the USS Rivendell and it works.

Morgan Freeman

Morgan noticed that the Universal translator was not functioning for their new visitors language.   Making sure that he did not startle the woman who was holding an energy sword he politely backed towards the control panel in the shuttle bay and began accessing the universal translator matrix.  He would have to make changes as the young woman spoke. Looking up at her Morgan tried to signal her to keep speaking.

Orpheus

Orpheus cleared his disembodied throat. "Neither will I, commander."

T'lana

T'lana noticed the frightened look on girl from another galaxy and knelt down beside her, giving comfort as best a Vulcan can.

"Are you alright?"

Holographic Officer Beta

"It would be safer if I went on my own, Ma'am. I am the only one here who cannot be assimilated." Beta said, as he left the Bridge for the Transporter room. He was determined to prove himself after his failure earlier, even though his programming knew that there was nothing he could have done to stop the Borg transporters.

Beta stepped into the transporter room, and handed the pad to the Chief. "Energise immediately after shields have been dropped, Petty Officer."

Transporter Chief: "Aye Sir!"

Chaya Sar

As Chaya came too, she noticed she was no longer in the Blue Harvest, a quick glance around the chamber told her it was some form of Docking Bay, but whether on a ship or space station she couldn't tell.

All Chaya Sar knew at present, is that she was surrounded by people and some were pointing some form of weaponry at her.
Thinking quickly, Chaya grabbed her favored weapon and with no apparent use of muscles was instantly up on her feet with a meter long energy blade now being emitted from the silver, ornately designed cylinder, that she and others like her, called a Lightsaber.

Chaya Sar stood her ground against the strange, unknown people surrounding her and stated.

"EN PIM VOT? EASY ME NA? NOS MANYA TE Chaya Sar."

Chaya Sar

"I apologize, I meant no offense by that Morgan." Chaya Sar looked around for the other person, but Morgan and Chaya were the only ones in the room.

"Err who...who was that?"

Chaya Sar

It took a moment for Chaya to shake off the fear enough answer T'lana.

"Ye...yes...sorry, I just seen the mind of the Na'Jigat. There is also a darkness," the only word to describe what she saw in the force. "Coming this way."

Taurik

Taurik knew that the idea of the Borg Queen changing her mind was quite rare, and only accomplished by something more important. And anything capable of shifting her attention from a prize like Chaya was not good news.

Givrillian Sarpedon

"Aye." Sarpedon replied, as he worked the ships drives to manoeuvre them into position. As the ship came to a stop, the docking clamps gripped the ship in an iron fist, and the ship was, in relation to the station, absolutely still. Sarpedon made sure all the drives were shut down, and altered the ship's condition status. The various indicators throughout the ship changed colour, and displayed "Condition Blue" - the ship was now in stand-by mode.

"Docking procedures completed." he reported

T'lana

The Chief Medical Officer repaired the young woman's injury. As she began to stir, the Doctor stepped away, giving the Security contingent enough room.

T'lana stepped back from the pilot, allowing her to acclimatize to her current surroundings.

T'lana

T'lana waited with the Jedi until she stopped shaking. Once her shivering had subsided, T'lana went back to the Science Station and scanned for any anomalies. Because one thing she had learned in all her eventful life, is that no matter how illogical it seemed, nothing should be dismissed, only queried.

THE BORG COLLECTIVE

@@"THREATS ARE IRRELEVANT. YOUR SPECIES WILL BE ADAPTED TO SERVICE US. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE."@@

The Borg Cube, clearly the lead vessel activated it's cutting laser. Which began slicing through the forward part of the saucer section.
