Mission 9: The Evolution's Flight

[Morgan Freeman]

Morgan thinks to himself that kassie is almost human when she bumps into him.  Upon hearing the Admiral's offer for fighters, and Baphomets reply, he is to curious not to press the matter just a little bit.

"Admiral Ransom, does the Evolution have armament that we are not aware of that would pose a serious threat to the Rivendell?  As it is we can take anything a Nova II class starship can dish out."

"Captain,  we could use the Evolutions prefix codes to force her to impulse speeds then execute an low powered phaser strike on her key systems.  She would be disabled and we could tractor her back to Avalon station."

[Morgan Freeman]

"No Commander, the Captain has joined in the cause of the Evolution.  As for us, I cannot in good conscious abandon the captain on a ship that is one step from falling apart.  So we follow them."

Freeman turns back forward and address's Orpheus. "My intent is to guarantee the continued survival of all hands on board the Evolution.  I don't much care for the legal end of it."

Turning to Baphomet, "Has there been any response from the Evolution commander?"

OOC: Could some one please delete that AI, the obvious statements are getting tedious. My shuttle is cloaked and it doesn't hurt to be ready, the Evolution is falling apart.
And I have already knocked out the fighters and disabled most of the Capital ships, if you would take the time to read all the posts.

The Avenger breaks orbit of Loxius cloaked and enters geo-syn orbit for the meantime to oversee the developments of the current land battle.

"Al'Tek, prepare to beam down supplies to the resistance of the Federation. Location Alpha393."

*Spock comes walking into the Rivendell's sickbay in a rather hurried manner*

"Captain, its good to see you alive again.  <Notices the child in Zayan's hand, and Sanchez rather close to Zayan>, I suppose your the father Sanchez?, Well, Congratulations are in order I suppose."

"This is Lt. Cmdr. Baphomet of the Rivendell, we are returning with the crew of the USS Evolution, suggest making the appropriate preparations for our arrival which will be in 45 minutes at current velocity."

Lt. Commander Baphomet and Commander Freeman beamed onto the bridge.

"Captain Taurik; Frontier Station is now free of the biomorphic entity.
Reporting for duty, sir."

[Taurik]

Very well, Ensign. Take your station, we need to depart immediately."

[Baphomet]

"Negative Commander."

Baphomet continued

"Although, there was a Psionic signature moments ago, but it was at an extremely, nearly undetectable frequency."

"Orpheus We are saving those people.  We can punch a hole in the shields just big enough to get the transporter signal through, route it through Baphomet's shuttle and then get the people out without to much trouble.

*A small ship leaves the planet surface and heads for the Rivendell, a channel opens from the small ship*

Freeman walks out of the brig and return to the Bridge.

Commander Freeman goes to the engineering station on the bridge and logs in.  

"Captain, all systems ready at your command."

[Morgan Freeman]

"I know that Captain Sanchez is your friend, but he would have to have a good reason to disobey high command and steal his ship.  
I don't beleive your friendship with the man will change his resolve.  I think we would be fools not to prepare to disable his ship, in case diplomacy failed."

Morgan sits in his chair waiting for his captains response.
