*Rasmain entered the bridge out of one of the turbolifts*

"Sorry for my absence Commander Freeman, but almost every corridor seems the same on this ship."

*Rasmain laughs but then notices the serious look on Freeman's face*

"Allright, please tell me....what has happend? I was informed by Captain Taurik about his transport to the Evolution. Has he convinced Admiral Sanchez already?"

[Baphomet]

Baphomet, with her Vulcan hearing, heard every word that was whispered.

"Actually, I was wondering that myself Commander Rasmain.
This venture of the Evolution, is irrational at best, the Evolution is operating at 65.77% efficiency, therefore it is in no condition to be Warping at this velocity, let alone going up against the Loxian government."

Baphomet continues......

"But then again, I am always perplexed by the irrational, emotional and illogical nature of you humans."

**Vulcan Shuttle Kelata**

"Commander Freeman, it is time to get the Evolution crew on board the Rivendell.
The Shuttles and Escape Pods, will not last long out here and my Shuttle's sensors indicate that the Evolution is in Self-Destruct mode.
All Transporter rooms and cargo bays, stand by for on-mass Transport sequence, using my shuttle as a Relay.
I already have Spock aboard and Captain Sanchez is in a Shuttle with two other personnel, near my present position."

Baphomet used her psionic abilites to see Dyiens Aura, something she doesn't like to show, but when someone is talking to her cloaked then it is necessary.

"As you wish Dyien and welcome aboard the USS Rivendell, shall we go to the Bridge."

"Commander Freeman, may I have a moment."

*Sanchez walks over to Taurik.*
"Taurik, my friend, if it hadn't been for your help, none of us would probably ever have come out of this alive. I owe you much. It is sad to know that after we return to Avalon Station, we will no longer be able to call each other colleague captains... but you'll come visit me at whichever prison colony Starfleet will send me off to, won't you?"
*Sanchez laughs while tapping Taurik's shoulder.*

"Commander Freeman, is there somewhere this Loxian girl should be, have quarters been assigned to our guests sir."

[Taurik]

"I can give you my word that neither of us will be leaving the ship until it is asked of us."

*turns to Captian Taurik*


Captian, Before you head off I can give you a Squadren of Fighters under your Command in case you will need it this Fighters could use this to run interfeerence to help you catch up with the Evolution. also I do offer my Services in any Station you need an Officer.

[Taurik]

"I would much rather solve this problem with diplomacy. I have known Randall Sanchez several years, he would not fire on a Federation ship, much less one captained by his friend."

[Orpheus]

"I am not well versed in human subtlety. Do you indend, Commander, to follow and arrest both Captains Sanchez and Taurik now? You ordered us to continue pursuit, yet offered to help Captain Sanchez."

As I noticed the area we that we were entering I tapped my Communicator. =/\= Commander ONeil to Commander Freeman sickbay is standing by for any ammount of sick and injuried that this ship may suffer in the battle sir. =/\=

After introducing Dyien to Commander Freeman, Baphomet walked over to the Science Station and logged in.
She caught herself up on the previous sensor logs and was especially interested when the science sensor input showed the readout of the re-fusion of the primary Loxian sun.
The restart of a sun would not occur due to an Antimatter deternation alone, so Baphomet spent time looking at the readouts.

It seems that a highly stable element 115, called Ununpentium was accidently introduced, in connection with stray ionized deuterium particles caused a chain reaction in the dark star remains.
Ununpentium has an ability to manipulate gravitic fields due to its heavy neutron base, in it's atomic structure.
This is what caused the dead star to regenerate and was why the re-fusion didn't generate a massive electromagnetic pulse wave like it should have.

Baphomet raised her eyebrow in fascination, as Ununpentium is rare and is only used by a few races in their anti-matter reactors, how did it get onto the, or near the Evolution and the dead star, something to ponder over at another time though.

Baphomet thought of discussing it with Commander Freeman, but that would bring up the embarissing knowledge of Ununpentium, also known as ELEMENT 115 and that would lead to the possibilty of restitution of not giving this knowledge to the humans at first contact, as the Serpoans had done many years previous.
