Turns to Jones "All right time to impress me.  We need to make our probe not show up on sensors, any ideas?"

[T'lana]

OOC: Ah, we still doing this mission?

[Taurik]

"Welcome, both of you. It is agreeable to see some new faces onboard. In fact, Lieutenant, I have an assignment for you already. We will soom be entering the Van'Gu Cluster, where sensory equipment is nearly useless. I would like you to remedy that fact."

[Indiana Jones]

Jones turned to face Matthews. "I just finished everything, we should be able to be at least one kilometer out... but we need to start constructing relay probes... this way, we can try and stay in contact with the outside, or at least, have them act like the proverbial string." Jones was refrencing the myth about the Lybranth, and how a hero used string to not get lost in the maze.

[Taurik]

"Very good. Keep me informed, bridge out."

[Will Matthews]

"I don't exactly know Ensign. As the briefing informed, we will know we've found it when we come upon it".

[Taurik]

"By all means. In the meantime, I'd like to assemble a party to go down and survey the scene manually."

[Taurik]

"Commander, I am sensing a heightened sense of alert on the planet's surface. I would like to take the team there, but the atmosphere is unsuitable for the rest of the team. I can support myself through psionic manipulation, but I cannot provide for the others. Do you have EV suits onboard?"

[T'lana]

T'lana felt and heard the Captain's reply through her pituitary gland and the nanite commlink simultaneously, giving her a headache.

T'lana didn't reply to Taurik as he was busy, but she was considering supplying air support, but then even with the powerful sensors, the Meson Canons might cause too much damage.

T'lana was definitely getting tired of waiting here though, in a Vulcan kind of way of course.
So she activated the Kelata's gravimetric engines and piloted the Vulcan Stealth Ship up into the air, confusing a Heraan patrol that was trooping past.

Activating the Meson Canons, the Kelata wiped out the entire troop in bursts of three dual blasts.
It was the logical thing to do, as they would have reported back about the Stealth Ship.

T'lana then piloted the Kelata up into orbit, decloaking next to the USS Rivendell and opened a secure channel.

"Commander Starwind, the Captain is other wise engaged still down on the planet's surface, this is taking considerably too much time, request a full Hazard Team to be beamed to the Kelata for an all out assault, of course they must be in EVA suites."
