Mission 4: "When Science Turns to Chaos"

*Puts the armor on, snaps the phaser to his belt and grabs a Type 3 assault rifle*
"well, here we go, nothin like the first mission" Kain thinks as he heads out the door to find his new friends.

[Balkazar]

"HK47, access file 409724.  You should find your new orders their." Balkazar told HK47.

"Lobo, HK47 is hereby under your command and mine.  Understood?" Balkazar told Lobo.

[Lobo_Negro]

*Lobo looked at the Colonel and his two new team members.*

"Aye Sir, these two will do nicely for now.  I still dont know everyone on board yet so anyone you would suggest for ST-1 I would appreciate.  Dont know if LtCol. Eastwood is interested or not, he's gettin a bit old and soft in the head. ((LOL))  If he is, I could use him on this mission, but Id like him to be the head of ST-2 and he can choose who he wants.  As for the rest I would suggest we put out an All Call to the Station and to the rest of the ship, see who's interested.  Sir."

**Bridge**

Bode was still waiting for the Iroquois...

"Open a channel to the Iroquois", he said against his comm officer. The comm officer opened a channel for his captain..

*Lobo turned the corner and saw the Colonel lost in thought, he approached and spoke to him in a whisper.

"Colonel... What in the name of Edo is goin on?  The Fleet gets us geared up and ready to roll and then orders us to stand down.  Have you been told anything yet?"

***New Mission Goes as follows***

The U.S.S Iroquois has been trapped in the 'mirror universe' and a rescue mission has been put into place. There is a Starfleet Deep Space Science Station in the heart of the Expansion Nebula currently working on a prototype 'Dimensional Rift Generator' that will hopefully open up a rift into the Mirror Universe long enough for the retrieval of the Iroquois. Your mission is to travel to this station and retrieve the device and bring it back to Station Avalon for testing.

Co-ordinates are being sent to the Helm as you get this. These Co-ordinates do not leave the ship as the science station is of high importance and must remain unknown to the rest of the Federation. The stations' location is on a need to know basis. Please ensure your helmsmen is aware of this.

Although it may not seem like they are needed, the marines are also required to acompany you on this mission.

<John was down in sickbay making sure everything was in order, then putting extra medical supplies into his already large pack>

"Captain, I can't send a update to Admiral Julian, the nebula is interfering with our signal"

"Alright, lets move out.  Corporal, you stay here and secure the area, we will work towards the science stations where this rift generator is believed to be." Balkazar said as he headed out followed by the marines.

"Moore, Eastwood, Lobo.  Converge on me and keep your eyes out." Balkazar quietly said into the comm unit.

<Crawling threw the jefferies tubes, he soon came upon a vent that overlooked the monsterous creatures attacking a group of marines.  He though why would they send marines here, as he grabbed at his side trying to keep the pain of the stomache injury to himself.  But he knew he had to get help too, then he opened up the vent and came tumbling down landing near Lobo>

*Vonter continues to busy himself around the sickbay*

Techerakh looked at his companion, who silently nodded. "Very well," Techerakh stated. "Raszagal will remain in your brig for the time being. I ask, please, that you treat her well. She means no harm, this I can assure you."

[Balkazar]

"Im sure it was for security reasons, After our last mission to a science station that went to hell, my men have been on edge.  We are currently trying to open a Rift to another dimension and hope nothing comes out and tries to invade our galaxy or anything.  We are trying to rescue the USS Iroquois that was trapped in alternate galaxy and Starfleet command thinks this Rift Generator will open a rift to this alternate galaxy big enough to get the Iroquois threw.  Bad part is that according to Simon Rajnus the only way to accumulate enough power is to go BACK to the planet we just came from and use their power stations to open the portal.  So they are going to hook up the Rift Generator to the Deflector dish.  But I doubt they will get the power to open the rift without blowing out half the EPS conduits on board.  According to Rajnus the only way to get the power is to either go back to the planet we just left, OR! tap a black hole of its power.  Im sure any advice you can offer would probly increase our chances of success." Balkazar told Tech as they left to head for the brig, Balkazar finished explaining right when they arrived at the door to the brig and then they entered.

"Private, shes clear, drop the force field and let her go."
