Mission 4: "When Science Turns to Chaos"

"yes sir and thank you sir but in the long run you know im after your job" Eastwood said jokingly

Eastwood came walking in straight after Balkazar

"So whats this about the station and what can we do to help Captain"

[Balkazar]

"Why does everyone think we are going to blow stuff up when boarding a station and what not.  We arent that stupid." Balkazar told East commenting about Bodes comm.

=^= "Captain, we are aware its a Starfleet station and we are also aware of when and what type of grenades to bring.  We have boarded other stations in the past, but we boarded by making our own entrance way." =^= Balkazar said with a hint of amusement.

"Alright, Ladies.  Lets get going, and make sure you brought back up gear if needed.  Cant be to over prepared." Balkazar yelled out in hopes all of his men heard.

=^= "Moore, bring that lumbering officer to transporter room 1." =^= Balkazar told Moore over the comm badge.

<Balkazar then headed for the turbo lift and watched as his marines filed in 5 at a time till everyone was heading to the transporter room.  As they walked they went double file and transported over to the station>

<Over on the Science station, emergency power was on, but for the most part it was dark, the air was breathable, and no one was in sight aside from the bodies littering the transporter room and the immediate area outside the transporter room>

"John, Find out whats going on.  This would be a very good reason why we didnt get a response back from the hail.  Eastwood, secure this deck.  Lobo, go with him and remember the rules of engagement.  Do not fire unless provoked." Balkazar ordered.

[Voyager]

Dolan said to Balkazar, "Well, I can't really tell you if they are actually eating the bodies, but they do seem dependent on them for some reason.  They also seem to have begun fusing to the bodies in almost all aspects, heart, lungs, brain, you name it, it's touching it in some way.  It almost seems like it's building a new nervous system."

Dolan then noticed the humanoids and was horrified.  He took out his hand phaser to prepare, just in case the...things...turned out to be dangerous.

"We have a...situation.  Several of the corpses have...reanimated.  However, they have been stopped for now.  We can't verify if they are hostile or not.  Any suggestions?"

[Allison Cameron]

Allison looked at John and said "about some Pizza with some Ice Cream."

Allison just looked at John.

[John Moore]

As Balkazar's voice came over the comm, a ceiling panel in the stations control centre fell to the floor, and John dropped down it.

"Evening, Lieutenant. Having fun?" he said, wiping some alien blood off his cheek.

[Balkazar]

"Captain, I may be upset at the loss of my men, but our priority is your safety.  All my men will go off to the station to rest except for myself and my senior staff.  We arent going to quit just because you think you can go and do something like this on your own.  Powell would have my head if I turned my back on my duty to protect you.  So it doesnt matter how tired we are, we have a duty and it doesnt end till both the Lothlorien and the Iroquois returns home SAFE!.  So when you leave, we go with you." Balkazar said before leaving the bridge/ready room.

<Going down to Sickbay, Balkazar walked around checking up on his men making sure they were getting treated right and ended up at Lobo's bed>

"Everything going alright, Lt?"

[John Simpson]

<Mess Hall>

"Pizza and Icecream it is." John said as he got up and went to the replicator to have it made up.

"I hope you like Hawaiin pizza and Chocolate icecream." John said a few minutes later as he brought the food over.

<John sat down and said a silent prayer before digging in>

"So, tell me about yourself, Allison." John said as he took a bite of the pizza.

[Kain_Starbow]

*marine quarters* Sir, Private Starbow reporting as ordered. *Stands at attention in front of Balkazar*

[Balkazar]

<Still waits for the rest of his staff in the marine quarters>

[Balkazar]

"WHAT! is up with people trying to collide into me!." Balkazar said as he put his hand on Kain's head and swirveled his head to the door that I just came out of.

"Thats the armory, also meet 1st lt Lobo."

[Clyde Eastwood]

"thank you colonel at least someone explained something, oh and Lobo mate im glad you made it back alive"

"Yes, Captain." was the only thing Balkazar said as he left the bridge for the shuttlebay.

<Few minutes passed and Balkazar entered the shuttle bay and saw what marines he had on the ship putting equipment into the flyer>

"Hows it going, Lobo?"

=^= "Simpson and Cameron, report to the shuttlebay and bring your gear.  We are on standby and if they need us to go into the rift I dont want to waste anytime.  Balkazar out." =^=

[Jeroen Bode]

"Helm, take us to maximal warp"

Helm: "Maximal warp, aye sir"

"Engage"

*The Lothlorien went to warp 9.98, headed for Dantor Station*

"Right, i am going to head down to the sickbay and see where i can help out there. I hope we dont need my skills on this mission but i fear we will."
