Mission 1: "Refitting"

*He returns the greetings with salutes and hand shakes.*

"I am glad to meet you all. I am sure our service time together will be very interesting. Lieutenant Mason. I need you to change out of that old Intel. uniform and put on a proper red one. Mr. Velotian you are more then welcome to join us. Wait here at on the bridge until I can speak with you. Commander follow me to my ready room."

*Titan walked away to his ready room.*

Okay Lieutenant Mason as you are Chief Helmsman I would suggest that helm would be where the Captain and I will want you.

As the Captain came onto the bridge I vacated the captain seat and took my normal place. Captain well I suppose that is what we we placed together with sir.

I think this is the best first mission for this crew.

*...As they walked along the corridor the seemed to circle about . Yates was looking for a turbo lift but just couldnt seem to find one...*

"So, Mark. Have you ever been on a starship before?"

*Ressik finishes replacing the equipment before he retrieves his medical file and hands it to Dr Nesbitt.

"I think it's all in order" he says smiling.

Colonel he said surprised to see Balkazar please follow me to the exam room. this way "Dr. motioned towards exam room. Alright Colonel you know the drill i will need you to strip down and put this on "nesbitt hand him a gown i will be back in a few minuets to commence the tests!  Oh and colonel try and be as calm as possible in the next 5 minuets it will make things go faster.

As the Captain entered his new ready room I followed.

You wished to discuss something sir.

[Balkazar]

"My men are always ready, Captain.  If you think we arent ready then read up on marines.  We are ready for anything." with that said Balkazar leaves the bridge and motions for Simpson to follow.

"Richerd report to marine quarters." he said before leaving the bridge.

[Jacob Ressik]

"Hey doctor.  I'm a Sharp shooter, I havn't heard much about what were doing though."

[Andrew Yates]

"She is a New Orleans Class. Not a very popular class but it is a very efficient frigate."

"The ship has been inspected by Admiral Yates, Colonel Balkazar is right here, and I have been notified on who the Command of the ship will go to. Now admiral there is a lot of work to be done here so  if you intend on staying long please try not to get in the way of my men. They are working very hard on getting the ship operational in the next few days. I am sorry if I am irritable but I have much work to do."

=A= Richerd here, Helm is being still worked on, almost done though... I rather be triple sure that I did this job correct then to find out in the middle of a situation that I messed up the wiring to some obscure button. Sorry for the long story sir, but short answer now, I am still working on helm.=A= his voice was brisk and to the point, in tone that is.

[Maguid Velotian]

*Acknowledges the Captain and walks off, familiarising himself with the bridge*
'A fine ship indeed he thinks to himself and a fine captain to boot'.

*Takes out his data-pad and begins to make a journal entry*
'All appears well so far. The ship is more beautiful than a dozen Romulan girls. The bridge looks new and the equipment appears to be up to date. (Memo. Must remember to check out the sensors).
The crew seem like good folk and I trust they'll accept me despite my Romulan heritage.'

*Looks up at the crew and smiles when he see's Mason, before continuing with his journal*
My old friend Mason seems to be here also. Haven't seen the old boy in years, I wonder if he still recognises me...'

OOC: Balkazar, get this straight. Your presence on this ship is NOT to "guard", as you put it, the "tyrannical" captain... your here to serve as a fast response task force. I will not tolerate disrespectful nonsense like your last post So i recommend you straighten up or I will find a new marine commander on this ship.


*Titan takes the LCARS screen and flips it up. Admiral Yates' face appears on the screen.*

Yates: "Captain, I am glad to see that you have settled in well but this is no time for small talk. The Uss Iroquois has fallen under attack by Heerani ships and are trapped in a nebula. For your very first task I need you to head for the coordinates provided. There distress call states that three Heerani cruiser are on watch waiting for the Iroquois so proceed with caution. Good luck, Captain."

*Titan leaves the ready room and enters the bridge.*

"Attention, upgrade ship status to yellow alert. Helm, take us out of stardock and head to the provided coordinates. Mr. Kozlov prepair your security forces, Colonel ready your men for combat. The Uss Iroquois is under attack by three Heerani cruisers, gentlemen. it is our job to save the defiant class ship and get rid of those Heerani a**holes. Are we ready, men?!"

Ressik I will need you to pack these medipacks according to my previous request also i will need some muscles to move out all this old equipment and move in the new stuff.
