*...Nate was walking down to the Sickbay when he walked by the room and he saw what was going on. He sees Sgt. Ressik leave the room...*

"Sergeant. Come with me."

*...The Sergeant sanps at attention and salutes and follows the Major into the armory...*

"Take a seat, both of you..."

*...He glares at Kozlov and Ressik and watches the two men take a seat...*

"Now, mind telling me what the hell just happend here? We can't have these kinds of feuds going on this ship. It is not acceptable. I want you both to know that with out the navy the marine would be useless. We depend on the navy for a great deal of things. If we didn't have a navy we would have no ride anywere so we would be stuck on a base playing tiddly winks. We would have to way to get our supplies during battle. We would have no plan of evacuation. We would be sh*t. Do you know what marine stands for sergeant? My Ass Rides In Navy Equipment. So like it our not you are a branch of the navy."

*... he stares at Sergeant ressik waiting a moment so they both could soak it in. Then he leers at Kozlov..*

"Now you. I do not know what the hell your doing but if you were trying to pull the tough guy act and impress the marines then you need to go back to beuty school becuase the only thing being tough to a marine would do is get your face smashed into a consul and then you would have to find all knew ways to keep your pretty face pretty. I want you to know one thing, son. We marines are not petty scum compared to a navy boy like your self. We are just as capable and versitile as any navy punk around. Just becuase we depend alot on the navy does not make use petty. It does nto make us weak. It does not make us anymore then it makes you. Now..."

*...nate whipes his forehead, he had worked up a sweat from the lecture and the sreaming...*

"... I want you both to shake hands and end the conflict here. pretend it never happend. IF corp and the navy can't get along and work togather then this ship is as good as dead. Like it or not at some time you both will have to reley on one another someday."

*...Nate gets up and leaves the room...*

The Reason I suggested the idea for the of Chief Operations Officer being one of the Marine being Chief Operations Officer sir is because I was reading the crew manifest and the Reports going with them sir and I must say that Marine Captain Richards would do well as an Operations Officer Sir. It may also ease the tensions and allivate some of the problems between the Marine and us if we show that we believe that they are useful rather than people to just get us out the pickle. Which I have noticed is what a large ammount of them think about us, So why not give them a bridge person.

Now if that will be all Sir. I have a few last minute thngs to arrange.

"Hmmmm, yeah.  He tends to have that effect, tho it doesnt explain where you met him." Balkazar inquired.

"ATTENTION!." Balkazar said saluting.

"General, this is rather unexpected."

"Also when your done with that check the armory and see what is there."

<Leaving Powell to tend to other matters, Balkazar walks onto the bridge as Wallace started his conversation and ended it>

"Commander Wallace.  You are on a MARINE!! vessel, not a Starfleet Vessel.  The only reason your here is because in HC's infinate wisdom decided that this fine ship was to be crewed by naval personel.  THATS! the only reason why your here.  So dont even start to think your the center of the universe, is that clear, Commander!.  So dont think for one second we are incompetent.  Because I believe it was us who came to YOUR aid on Avalon station when the Heerani attacked.  It was US! who protect your butts when you crash land on a planet.  They send us to clean up your messes and to retrieve your lost officers.  Is that clear." Balkazar berated the Commander.

"Nesbitt, I believe you have a Medical bay to deal with.  By the way, while your down there please inform Richerd that the navy brats are trying to take over a marine vessel and to try not to shoot them for there lack of respect for there fellow officer's, even if we are marines.  Understood?" Balkazar told Nesbitt in a clear voice loud enough for Wallace to hear.

[Viktor Kozlov]

<Security Department.>

"Ressik, you call that working, I could get the job done faster than you" Viktor yells Angrily a feirce stare penatrating to Sergeant.

At that moment two Marine Corporal's entered the department to see the stand off.

*Ressik motions to the two Corporals

"Lets go and leave this prick to his dirty work." *Nods to Viktor.

As they exit Viktor hurls further abuse at them.

Well Captain, I think there may be some intial fights between the Starfleet and the marines. I think between myself and the Marines chief on board we shall be able to allievate them sir.

Colonel Balkazar and I had a bit of a toe to toe when I first arrived, But that was over a little incident. We are in agreement that he handles problems with his Marines and I or you with Starfleet. Unless the problem happens on the Bridge, but punishments will be left to him for the Marines.

We have a Marine Medic as Chief Medical Officer. That should help the problems die down as he seems to know how thing need to be done.

The Chief Of Security is a little Green still. Being an Ensign he is wanting to prove himself agains the Marines. I am sure he will be okay when he settles down into his role and we get the ship underway. First cruise is always a straightener of curves. More so in this fleet marine ship sir.

Operation Officer Mason is a proven Lieutenant.

Our Science Officer is someone I have never met before but with time I am sure he will work himself out.

Over all I am sure everyone will work an appopriate way when everthing comes out in the wash sir.

[Tom Titan]

*Tom liked the idea for the marine chief ops. He thought on it then he grinned and looked to Wallace.*

"Sounds good. Meet with Richerds, commander, and give him the proposal. Also if the good colonel is on the bridge send him in to me. That will be all, Mr. Wallace"

[Lois]

"Just Evolution sir," He said, "But I have been on a transport ship before, not really counting as a starship," He looked around, the ship seemed so big.

[Balkazar]

"This is all you need for a operational sickbay?, I think you forgot the kitchen sink.  Hmmmmm, what emergency supplies you need?"

<Turning to General Powell>

"Hmmmmm, once we load up a few other things, fix a couple systems, hmmmm I would say a week, less if I pulled tripple shifts of everyone.  Hows my request for the Battle suit armor going? I believe Admiral Yates called them MTAC?"
