Eastwood came walking into the brig and looked at both men.

"Sir what on gods earth is this guy still doing alive after what he did down there"

Eastwood took out his phaser and pointed it at Brown holding it there for a few seconds

OOC: Ouch...that was all pretty severe...not remembering the past 10 years that you were acting differently is a little hard.  And hello to Ali'aln Tulak.  Just to let you know, my assignment as Chief Science Officer was just due to a staffing shortage of sorts on the Lothlorien.  Being an Ensign doesn't help that much though.

<During the trip back to Dantor>

Dolan removed the changes to the main deflector from the bridge and the shuttle craft at the shuttlebay that allowed them to create an EMP.  Unfortunately, the shuttle's systems all melted down after he did so as the shuttle couldn't handle the extensive modifications unlike the ship.  Fortunately he got out in time before it did so.  He then went back to the bridge to pick up his suitcase of work and went to his quarters, as his shift ended sometime after the trip to Dantor began.  He made another copy of his work and put it in a safe place inside his quarters and began to look for another way to enhance the phaser bank he designed.  He decided to try and get some time to create and test out the phaser bank on a holodeck or suite some time soon.

<Balkazar turns around just in time to see Moore his new staff sargeant arrive and saw the sloppy salute>

"YOU SAY 'COLONEL SIR' NOT 'HEY' DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR!!!" Balkazar yelled at Moore obviously reprimanding him.  "Next time you disrespect me like that again ill bust your ass down to Private.  UNDERSTAND!?" Balkazar said finishing his reprimand.

John was about to reply to Balkazar when the General walked in, and he chose not to disturb them. After their conversation was finished, John continued his own:

~"I agree Sir. The ship seems to be of good quality, and he has the advantage over the other Captains of having us alongside his Starfleet officers. He has a group of officers with him surpassing most other Captains in number as well as the wide spectrum of their training."~

"I have every right to hold you in the brig either on this ship or on Dantor itself for the rest of your natural life!." Balkazar told Richard as I rose a PADD up to show Richard the names on it.  "These are the names of the men who have been wounded or critically injured because of you.  Dont think for one second that your proving anything to the marines by these stunts you continue to pull.  All your showing us is that you have no respect for life.  Sending yourself along with several starfleet security officers who have NO ground assault training to help you find the personel we were sent to rescue, you have no respect for there lives that could have died but werent because of our timely intervention.  You also were rude and disrespectful to me, a Col. you ordered me around on that planet and risked my men's lives because of it.  Your blatantly disregarded my orders to take marines with you to assist in the retrieval of Starfleet personel and allies and this isnt the first time you disregarded and disrespected a superior officer.  I was in charge of the assault on the outpost not you.  If you led the assault then I would have every corridor filled with injured and dead marines and starfleet officers.  You have no respect for anything and on those grounds I can make your life a living hell and I will make damn sure that you loose your rank is that clear!." Balkazar told Richard.

"You best stop thinking your a one man army because I wont save you the next time you decide to be an ass and order a superior officer around.  I dont care if the Lt. General is your brother, next time you endanger a marine, despite his rank I will shoot you myself!." Balkazar added.
