Mission 5 "The Great Blue Yonder"

[Simon Rajnus]

((Luke, their were around 100 wounded or dead, now count it right.  MAssive crash = Wounded, HUGE!! battle with a superior race = Wound and dead or about to be.  Get it right.))

=^= "All personel get on the ship and bunker down.  We are getting off this rock." =^= Simon said over his commbadge.

<Heading to the command chamber, Rajnus found Raszagal at what apeared to be some sort of console, so he walked up to her>

"Report." Rajnus asked.

[Voyager]

Dolan almost groaned at the sound of the voice speaking again.

=@= Hostile takeover imminent.  Any surviving crew members abandon ship.  Powering down engines.  Emergency protocol systems shutting down.  Non-vital systems shutting down.  Vital systems shutting down.  Self-destruct will commence in 15 minutes, with a one-hour countdown. =@=

Dolan suddenly floating in mid-air as gravitational plating disengaged.  All of the doors to the corridor opened up again and the forcefields were let down.  He was deeply worried.  Vital systems included life support and from what he gleaned from the ship's specifications, it only circulated enough atmosphere for about 2 hours before reaching critical levels of carbon-dioxide and requiring the reactivation of life support.  He pondered on the situation momentarily before coming up with a solution.

"Raszagal, why don't we shut down whatever mechanism that powers the self-destruct?  We could then wipe the computer of this security program."

Dolan managed to balance himself in the zero-gravity environment.  It was somewhat akward, but it would have to do.

"So do you have any clue how the ship self-destructs?"

[Simon Rajnus]

<Briefing room>

"From what the computer said it was around 4 light years away.  Our previous mission will be put on hold till the Omega partical has been dealt with." Simon said addressing Richards.

[John Moore]

"MARINES! ATTEN-TION!"

This was the fourth time he had ran the drill with the Marines, and they were slowly improving. He wanted to make sure that they were ready for anything, and the first thing they needed was discipline. Discipline they didn't yet have.

"MARINES! GIVE ME THIRTY!"

[mimas elfeneye]

mimas standing behind john, whispered:
l wish we could teleport some explosive device into the wave, it would sure save a lot of our own ppl....

[Balkazar]

=^= "Captain, All marine personel and equipment that could be salvaged is onboard, now lets get out of here." =^= Balkazar said holding a PADD ready to remote detonate the warp core.

[Voyager]

"Do we know how many molecules we are dealing with here?" asked Dolan.

[Simon Rajnus]

<Ready room>

"I like to get to know my crew and I want to know something about you that no one else knows." Simon asked probingly.

[John Moore]

John stood ready behind a barricade to the right of and behind Balkazar, and turned to check that his men were prepared.

"Here they come to die." he murmured, almost to himself.

[Raszagal]

"Colonel, the Lothlorien still has a semi-functional warp intermix chamber. Why don't we set up a timed release that injects all of the deuterium and antimatter into the chamber at once? It would cause a warp core breach on cue."

(OFF: Starfleet Command is currently debating on what to replace the Lothlorien with. We'll keep you all posted.)

[Voyager]

Dolan went to the Heraani ship's bridge, which seemed very foreign to him, after checking everyone was on board.  He braced himself for the takeoff, fairly sure any ship in this condition would most likely have a rough time getting off the surface.

[Aaron Cloud]

As this all happens Cloud can't help but curse.

"Kriffing ship, not again!"

Cloud starts shouting orders just as weapon embankments activate in the medical bay, aiming at he nearest crew member. The computer/ship says something in Heraani language and starts to fire. Cloud and the others, not hit, jump into action. They grab the wounded who made it to the bay, and get them to safety.

The weapon turrets continue to fire, as he comms throughout the ship.

=A= Cloud to anyone, Cloud to anyone. This kriffing ship has weapons in the medical bay! Me and the others are pinned down. Need help, fast. =A=

Weapon fire continues to sweep the rom.

(bit of a twist)

[Simon Rajnus]

"Admiral? General? have anything to add?" Simon asked looking in their direction.

[Quinn]

"Yes sir, on-screen now," Quinn said as he swept his hands over the console just when the ship came into visual range.

A large yellow carrier sized ship appeared on the large screen. The vessel appears to have three curved spires perpetuating outwards from the front.

"The ship does not appear to have detected us yet, Admiral," He reported, staring up at the large image of the ship.

[HK47]

"Lets go, Raszagal." was all HK47 said as he sped up and quickly caught up with Nathan.  He had activated his armblades, they shot out from his elbow's and the top of his hands on both Forearms.  He was now ready for heraan blood.  His scanners picked up over 400 heraan soldiers heading towards the Lothlorien.

"Oh joy the night will be filled with the blood of Heraani life." HK said seeming actually pleased for the taste of battle.
