Admiral just a status report:
The new Planitia Euphoria shipyards should be up and fully functional in about three to five weeks,at the lates eight weeks.  OFF:  I am currently still building the website, and its proving to be a little more difficult thani thought, but, it will be up and running soon.

In normal cases, when an ETA is mentioned, it remains at that, making the number of hours into the number of days (for example: an ETA of within 4 hours, will be a posting ETA of within 4 days), though if it's one day sooner or later, does not bother me. Different it is of course, when it's more than one day difference from the agreed ETA.
Exceptions to the agreed ETA are when a plot is added to the mission (for example, on the ship's way home it encounters another ship, or being attacked, ...).
In this case, it would be correct for Julian to post on the USS Skytoucher stating it as an "incoming transmission", meaning he contacts the Skytoucher from the station and the ship doesn't necessarely need to have arrived yet at the station for this transmission to arrive at the Skytoucher.

Thanks for letting us know. Perhaps you could incalculate this in the storyline. For example, you may be urgently recalled to Starfleet HQ, or urgent family matters have come up that you suddenly had to leave. I am glad to hear that. With good leadership, any division can be revived. The previous CO of the Omega division had neglected the division so that it was entirely dead, nobody had posted there any more since months. And since Karelia took over the leadership, it is now a thriving place.
