Flag Admiral Vorak, sir! As you may know, I am the Academy XO, but I have noticed that Major Franks (the academy CO) hasn't posted on Expansion Fleet for about two months now. You can see this in his profile. What I wanted to ask was, what will you do about it. And does this mean he will get demoted and I will get his position?

Admiral Sir, could i please get a full list of JAG personal who are serveing aboard the ships so i can check on their process

Division CO guidelines:

It is the Division CO's job to assign new missions to the ships. And also to see who is still active, and who isn't. And also, whenever a new person signs up, to assign him/her.

So, to give you an overview:
- Assign new people to a ship and post and rank (always ask what they prefer to be, science, medical, tactical, ... and give such post to them unless another post really urgently needs to be filled). People signing up and reporting, will usually do so in this forum and topic.
- Keep up with the missions of the two ships, so you know what goes on
- Assign missions to the ships
- Keep a crew roster list. When this list is no longer correct on the website, you can send me an updated list and I adjust it on the website. This also means finding out who has gone inactive (unless they warned they would be on vacation, busy, exams, ...).
- Write a regular report on the division, and post this in the division forum on the Starfleet HQ board (there is a forum for each division there).
- In case of problems and disputes somewhere in the division, help out to solve it

I am requesting permission to satrt working on a refit design for the galaxy class starship, galaxy III class, the refit will be on the USS GALAXY NCC 70637.  I propose to beef up its shielding with new technology, arm it more heavily with more powerful main weapons and primary weapons, and upgrade all systems.  This way the station would have a ship for its own uses kind of like the Defiant on DS9.
