"Well, why didn't you tell me there was going to be a battle!  It would be a glorious battle, my first in years!"

*KHa'Var promptly takes a seat and puts her boots up on the table.*

"So tell me what day would be a good day to die!"

[Montrell]

*Montrell nods to Captain Skon and Commander Rasmain*

"Good that you could both join us, now let us get at the matter at hand. What is the status of the Skytoucher?"

[KHa Var]

*A transmision is heard at that moment in both ops and Vorak's office.*

Vor'Cha Kahless requesting permission to undock.  Vorak, we will be under way in a matter of hours.  I will contact you to let you know when we will head out.  I would also advise that you keep a close eye on our son.  He seems to attract trouble to himself.

*he extends his hand in the vulcan greeting*

Good day admiral. I was told you would brief me on the situation upon my arrival. I am curious to know what could be so important that Starfleet would call me out of retirement.

[Vorak]

"Captain Taurik, please follow me to ops."
*Both leave the office and head to ops.*

OFF: post at Station Ops now.

[Randall Sanchez]

*Vorak is about to lead Sanchez back to the door, but Sanchez abruptly stops him.*
"Admiral, you don't understand! I have to go there! Yes, I know all about the Prime Directive too, but I have to go there in civil capacity, not as a Starfleet officer!"
*Sanchez takes a deep breath before speaking again.*
"Admiral, Zayan is pregnant... with my child. I have to go rescue her... and my unborn child. But if I go there in a shuttle, it'll be suicide and I'll never get there on time. I need a ship! Please, admiral!"

[Andrew Yates]

No problem at all. Do you remember your old position? Or are you interested in a new one?

[Vorak]

"...or reinforce their fleet even more."

[KHa Var]

*KHa'Var slams a fist down on the table.*

"Have you all forgotten that I will be taking my ship out to scout the enemy's fleet?  I will have them in chaos by the time they plan to open fire on the station!  If need be I will take out their ships one by one myself, on my way back here."

*Turns to Vorak.*

"Could you be so kind as to excuse the officers that need to make sensor modifications?  The sooner that is done, the more time we will have to get everything else prepared for an attack."

[Paris Love]

Wait...Hedford was in his quarters with...*cough* Morrow...what happened?

[Vorak]

"Keep on the subject, Mr. Embries. Could we erect a thoron field around the station, blocking the sensor scans of the Loxian fleet? That way, they would be unable to detect our exact tactical status. It could be another element of surprise, in our advantage."

[Vorak]

OFF: if you told him at first that you would participate, and then told him you weren't going to do that any longer, I understand that he could have gotten upset. Maybe you could have pointed out what bothers you, instead of simply walking out of the mission. Maybe both of you simply need to calm down for awhile now, and then talk it out peacefully.

[Paris Love]

*She lightly steps into the dark room*
"Lights."
*The lights raise immediately, and she gazes around. A few items had been moved slightly, but for the most part, everything was where she had left it. Paris sets her bag on the floor beside her transparent desk and flops into her chair, exhausted.*
"Always good to be back. That's what you would say." *She says this in a flat tone towards the ceiling and laughs at herself.
*Love notices the station had changed a great deal while she had been recovering. New panels everywhere, new officers, for that matter.*
OFF: I don't know who our Chief Medical is now. this is to him/her:
=A=(doctor whoever), Paris Love reporting back from extended leave. I'm ready for your exam to clear me for duty. Love out. =A=
OFF: I promised, and I delivered. School's out. And I did get that job! I'mma facepainter at Disneyland, now. And I need updates on all of my other characters: Morrow, Love, Parker, Akasayuniashirkomas, and Tyn...oh and the intell one, umm...Zhen voya? I don't recall quite. If anyone please.

[Clyde Eastwood]

*MCapt Eastwood comes wondering in* Sir why have i been taken off the list for XO of JAG......... *as he waits patiently for an answer he starts to drift off to the good times he had in his last mission*

[Vorak]

"Very well. We may need every detail of information that could give us a tactical advantage. Mr. Embries, you will work together with Mr. Hedford on these sensor calibrations. By the way, I see that Mr. Hedford is not here yet."
*He looks at everyone for a moment.*
"Very well, we must proceed with this meeting. Ambassador Gordon, we must be prepared for every situation. Should, in the worst case, the station be in danger of being captured or destroyed, we must evacuate all people with escape pods in a very short amount of time. Therefore, peope, and most in particular civilians, must be briefed about evacuation procedures, and where the nearest escape pods are for them."
*Then he turns to Montrell and Detrell.*
"Any suggestions? How soon can the U.S.S. Skytoucher, Rivendell and Evolution be ready?"
