*KHa'Var jumps up.*

"Finally!  If you will excuse me, husband officers.  I have a crew to gather and a ship to prepare."

*She leaves the war meeting and heads to the Vor'cha Kahless.  Once there she barks orders for all crew members to report to the ship and prepare for battle.*

[Vorak]

"Very well. Do you require any particular administrative equipment?"

[Vorak]

"Is that so? Interesting. I will attend the embassy soon, in that case. Thank you for informing me."

[Vorak]

*Vorak suddenly appears behind his desk.*
"Mr. Q, it is illogical to-"
*Suddenly Vorak looks around, realising he is no longer on the Rivendell, but in his own office behind his desk.*
"Fascinating."

[Vorak]

"I would have been more prepared, if you had announced your arrival, and our son's, beforehand. It appears I will have to modify my entire schedule, if I am to take care of a... illogical child. However, it would be illogical to ignore my responsibilities as father. I shall teach him in the Vulcan ways of logic, so he may learn to control and suppress his emotions. As for locating Vorlok, that should be quite simple. Computer, locate Vorlok."
Computer: "No Starfleet officer by that name is aboard this station."
"Very well, he is not registered in the computer databases. Hermes, locate Vorlok."

[Comm One]

*Comm One walks from one end of the room to the other until he sees Gordon has entered the room.*

"Admiral, Ambassador. I am here to deliver an urgent message from the DA. As you know we run the DA on with a spacific and highly enforced Regulation. The Heeran, as you know, are an extreamly deadly foe and has been declared a threat to the lives of the civilians of the DA aswhele as the lives of those who neighbor us. The Heeran have been noted as a violation of General Orders one, two, three, and a few minor Orders. In response I have been sent to arrange and aid The Federation in a counter assualt to remove the Heeran as a threat of the galaxy. We have already mobilized four attack forces at the borders of the DA. With both of our peoples combined I do beleive that we can defeat them and the Na'Jigat. Preperations are being set to also meet with the Romulan Republic, formerly know to Star Fleet as the Romulan Coalition. According to our scouts and probes we have sent to there colony on New Carrarya they have changed their ways for the good."

[Randall Sanchez]

"My engineers can repair the essential damage at low cost, and make the ship safe enough again for spaceflight! Could you at least consider my request, admiral?"
*At that moment, they have already arrived at the door again and the doors open, where Montrell is waiting to enter.*

[Victor Galindez]

*Galindez walks in and stands at attention then salutes the Admiral and then waits for the Flag Admiral to Reutrn his salute back*

[Taurik]

"If the Loxians hear our communications, and learn we are prepared for them, they may reconsider their attack."

[Embries]

"I believe it can be done, admiral. It shouldn't take much time to make the necessary modifications on my part, but I believe that Mr. Detrell of engineering will have the most work rerouting the necessary power couplings to achieve the thoron field."

[Vorak]

"Thank you for coming at such short notice. I am certain that the others are on their way now too. There are matters of extreme importance and urgency that are required to be discussed. The entire station may be in danger."

"Perhaps we should call on the assistance of other divisions? Send out a general distress call? It would attract other Starfleet ships from nearby stations and possibly discourage the Loxians from attacking if they find out we know of their attack."

[KHa Var]

"Fine, I get the point.  'Play by the rules of the game, or you don't play at all.'  I must point out that the Loxians do have a good plan of attack.  Sending in a small force to cause as much damage as possible, while depleting the enemies weapon supplies.  Then bring in the larger force of undamaged vessels to finish the job."

*KHa'Var stands up and paces back and forth across the room and around the table.  Talking as she thinks.*

"Why not utilise their own tactic against them.  We could have one small ship, or one section of a ship remain here with the station.  Giving the impression that we are not aware of their coming attack, and that the remainder of the Federation fleet is out on individual missions.  Thus they will not be able to respond to distress calls in time.  However, the remaining ships, and or sections that are available, other than my ship, will be waiting out of sensor range.  We will have quite a surprise for those Loxians, when they believe that victory is theirs. Ha! I can just see their faces when they are blown away."

[Vorak]

"Welcome, Mr. Taurik. Take a seat, please. Mr. Montrell, could you summarize the relevant decisions we have made, for captains Skon and Taurik?"

[Vorak]

"Captain Taurik... Ahh, yes. It is as I expected, then. The war has begun. We can only hope that the fortifications we have made as a preventive action, will be sufficient for long enough. We are running out of time, and we should put the fleet to a major alert."

*He goes to his desk and pushes a button.*

This is Flag Admiral Vorak speaking. We have recently received word that an attack on Avalon Station is impending. The enemy in this case, is the Na'jigat, a species that exist of pure mental energy and thus are unable to be killed by conventional weapons. Also shields are useless. This is a call for all ships of all divisions, with a request for military assistance to the highest possible degree. Avalon Station is about to be attacked soon, and the impact will be grave. Please send all available ships to Avalon Station. If this station falls, then the position of Starfleet and the Federation in the Delta Quadrant will become unstable.
