Yes it is but not for a person with your rank that is a Commanders rank postion.

I can offer you CHeif  Enginer/ Chief designer/ Cheif Repir/ Cheif Constuction if you are willing to reduce you rank to Admiral

The station needs a Chief Science Officer. Your current rank could probally remain in that postion. Science officer is all open on the ship, so that would mean rank reduction. You served well in Nova I know, I would be very glad to have you on board the station.
