Well, you would coordinate with Greywolf section, windsor section, and alpha intel (or whoever else is involved), you would also assigin people to positions as needed. You would answer to me and the advisory council on ethical intellegence (played by me), its a board that 'monitors' intell. they would be 'above' me.
