Yes, reading the logs of the other ships and station involved will likely help you to get up-to-date more completely. Feel free to post in name of any lacking crewmembers unless one is available. For example: if you dont have a helm officer nobody can respond when you say "warp 5 engage" so until you have one, you can do a NPC response to your own command. Once the ship is fully crewed, that will no longer be necessary.

Your plan has merit, so I am copying your crew roster to use very soon.  I was not aware the Blackfire's captain was also the CMO character.  Also, could you specify if characters "Collin Denari", "T'Mec", "K'tal" and "Toreth Kaolin" are male or female?

Thank you for your report, but you should not place all blame on yourself, nor is it my intention to find someone to blame.

But something needs to be done. The Intel division is currently having but one ship active, the USS Phoenix, while the Dragon is inactive.
The FSS is an entire board that has gone inactive too.

In order to save both, I suggest we make two into one. We melt the Intel and FSS board, and we make ONE main Intelligence division, containing Intel, Section 31 and FSS.
Then a role call is in place, to find out who is still with us. The current mission should not be abandoned, but until it becomes active again by itself, we should sort-of put it on "hold".

Thus I ask now: who of you all here is willing to help me with this plan?

The hierarchy will work as follows:
1. All intel/fss/s31 operations will fall under command of Sloan. But Sloan will not constantly appear unless really necessary, and mainly leave command of the division into the hands of an acting Division CO.
2. Thus we need a Division CO that overlooks the entire division, including Dragon and Phoenix.
3. There will be two stations: Kennedy Station of FSS, and the (future) S31 asteroid base.
4. Peter Svensson will be CO of the S31 base, while an FSS representative will be CO of Kennedy Station.
5. It is recommended that the CO of Kennedy station also holds the Division XO position, together with Svensson.

A mailing can also be sent out to all Expansion members, to let them know that several positions are available.

Then we need to make a list of all needed positions. A basic draft is:

Division CO: Jonathan Mason
Division XO: Malcolm Reed

Intel section CO: Peter Svensson
FSS section CO: Malcolm Reed

Intel/S31 Asteroid Base CO: Peter Svensson
Base XO: Max Brooks

FSS Kennedy Station CO: Malcolm Reed
Kennedy Station XO: ?

FIS Blackfire crew: depends on response of roll call
SIV Dragon: depends on response of roll call
USS Phoenix CO: Alexei Chekov

Svensson is currently still in command of the USS Phoenix, until the asteroid base has been constructed, whereafter his XO Chekov will be promoted to CO of the ship. The asteroid base has not been given a name yet.

Thank you. It seems that now all CO and XO positions have been taken and that now the crew should be filled. I would suggest to start filling the crew of the Blackfire ship first, before the station. Unless someone wants particularly a position on the station of course.
