Could I transfer to the --U.S.S. Ticonderoga--
as Executive officer? I have much experience in feilds of command, I feel I can be more usefull in such a postion than at Ops on the Tiberon

No problem. The new ship, the Sovereign class Ticonderoga is now on the list, but it won't be commissioned until the vital positions (Tactical, Helm, Engineer, and CMO) are filled.
