We could use Ops or Medical. Ops is not the same as on a ship. Ops is the equivalent of ship Ops, Helm, and Tactical Officer combined.

The only problem I see, is that you are a Vice-Admiral, and the Station CO is a Commodore. I dont know who actually gives orders there anymore.
