Well, I actually meant the Executing Officer on Omega Station. The crew roster says that position is stilll available (it also says that about the Division 3rd in command). So is the position I asked for available or not?

That all depends on what department you want to work in (security, medical, etc.).

As far as i know there is only Drex and I waiting, what positions are open...are there any station positions,etc... open??

All new officers report in here 1st.

There are no command positiong available at the moment.  Once we get all the positions filled on the Tiberon we're going to open another ship.  Until then will you please take one of the positions posted in my last message.

Yes it SHOULD be working, but it is not at the moment unfortunately. That does not mean this is a permanent situation. It is always possible to be reassigned to this division in the future, when it becomes active again.
