"Fine, fine! Send a message to the hidden back-up fleet to appear and open fire immediately!"
"Yes sir!"
"And let's hope that our extra hidden secret will do its work soon as well..."
*And moments later, a fresh and strong fleet of extra Loxian battleships appears out of the asteroid field and immediately opens fire on the Romulan ships, causing heavy damage. Other ships of this fleet turn their attention to Vontak Nor, shaking the station around, and then the Skytoucher is next...*

Skon watches as Burma thinks. Meanwhile, he receives the message from Balkazar.

Skon listens to the incoming message from Skytoucher and raises an eyebrow.

Since the Captain has abandoned the ship, my place is on the bridge. I will return with members of the away team immediately. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, contact Station Avalon on emergency frequencies and inform them of our situation.

Skon turns toward the other members of the away team

Gentlemen, it appears that our situation is deteriorating rapidly. We must act swiftly. Mr. Rhade, you're with me. Mr. Omak, Mr. FredCessa, and Mr. O'Brien, stay here and provide support for Gul Marcet. Doctor, you are in charge of the Starfleet side of the away team. Report your progress as often as possible.

Gul Marcet, I do not believe that even our combined strengths will be able to defeat this foe. Rasmain is right. We need a plan.

Ambassador Zentox, you know these people better than any of us. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated. Please relay them to me on the Skytoucher.

*Meanwhile aboard the Loxian flagship...*
"Sir! Sir! They got help apparently! Some Romulans came out of nowhere! And it seems they're all targetting us, the flagship!"
*The fleet commander smiled.*
"Let them try. When they are concentrating on us, our other ships have free access to do as they will. Listen, you move squadron 1 to these and these positions. The second squadron should come in from here. And if they should fail, the third squadron can appear from their hiding places in the asteroid field, of which these Starfleet, Cardassians and Romulans don't know about. We have to make sure we keep them surrounded, and concentrate our firepower to disable the ships' engines so they can't flee, and the station's weaponry system. Got that?"
"Yes, sir! Right away, sir!"
*And the Loxian fleet moves into a new battle position, opening heavy firepower on Vontak Nor. Vontak Nor endures some explosions... Other ships then open fire on the Skytoucher, shaking the ship around and soon the ship's warp engines begin to destabilize... And then the Loxians fire all their might on the Romulans and give them a serious beating...*

We are picking up Loxian reinforcements coming from the asteroid field. General Qrell, if you have any other ships you could call up, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, we are about to be overwhelmed. Gul Marcet, what is the status of the station?

Meanwhile, a hazy, purple tendril snakes through the bulkhead behind Skon. He doesn't see it, but it's coming right for him...

Marcet was looking at Captain Burma and as a Cardassian he obviously had his doubts.

"Well Captain Burma, I don't want to be the "party-breaker" but would you please tell us how your trip between the Loxian Battleships was? I am a hundred percent sure that I saw your shuttle, heading towards those Loxian Battlecruisers and I almost can't imagine that "they" didn't see YOU."

Marcet was waiting for the Captain to answer.

Marcet leads the way into the dark corridor and they head towards the next decks.

We have captured the station and are preparing to bring systems online to assist you.  I await the start of hostilities, although I am in hopes they will not come.  Gul Marcet assures me we can give the Loxians pause should they try to attack.

Good to hear from you Commander, the Skytoucher is still in one piece I see. Vontak Nor is holding it's plates together, but if I can't get the back-up generators online we will not be much help any longer. I would advise......*connection lost*
