New Roster for 2008

Question, why not take out the medical/security/tactical (et al) officer positions, and just fill the "chief" positions. It'd help fill rosters quicker. Besides, we could RP the officer.

Example: "Security Officer Doe, please take this prisoner."

Just thinking is all.

Notice the "--- Denotes an available position" at the bottom of the roster.  It kind of explains all of the non-chief positions that are shown open.
