The 3rd-in-charge handles any issues that come up when the CO/XO arent there. They are especially helpful for assigning new members if the CO or XO arent present at the moment. Their primary goal is to assist the CO and XO with their duties.

I will soon, but my sister is on the grafix computer, so I cant right now. By the way, look at the banner, and you will see the Omega symbol overtop the pic of the Tiberon.
