Actually I was Acting Captain Because Gordon's Charcter Was going on a Vacation to try to not remember the Borg. So I was Acting Captain, But we had to go save the Tiberon From Attack And He Was Captain And I Was Back To Commander.

Q: The CO of a division can have access to an admin center, but his XO can't and gets passed over by the Captain of a ship?? what's up with that??

don't worry about all the questions.
You have to go into the forum and click on it as you would to post except you will see at the bottom things like: lock topic, move topic, and stuff like that. You don't need to post for this.

You can access the "Division Reports" forum in case your CO cant post his report, but the "Mission Planning" and "Private Communications" require a rank of Captain or higher.
