I say Enterprise.

Nothing has come close to even making the same grand looks as the origanal Ship... the round necells, the saucer, and the look of a grand white ship in the black of space... that is something that I cannot fully describe, I want to just say that the Enterprise was the one to start it all, and I have seen many ships, even the Defient (TOS) But nothing is able to make me stop thinking that Enterprise is the best ship, I mean, Scotty has been able to stop many things, even a faster then described Cold Start Up. Now that is something amazing.

The Enterprise-D was the best, commanded by Picard with wisdom and temperate maturity, slower to draw the weapons and quicker to employ deplomacy, but not afraid to whoop up on the bad guys.
AND he was assimulated by the borg, how cool.
Even before that while commanding the stargazer he used the same qualities.
Captain Rhulter was his friend and he watched him die in the middle of a battle and still won against more powerful ships
